FTNX INVESTMENT PROJECT: ZEHED BIKE

A strong sturdy bike weighing 200gg, fully enclosed with air con, heater, radiation insulation, lights, night vision, generator, peddles, wipers, lights, Zcom, iphone charger stand, seat belts, air bags, and comes with a 100% accurate self driving mode for longer distance. Zehedbike made with analogue components to ensure reliability factors; and will be fitted with a 250 watt electric motor (standard) that never needs to be recharged at a powerpoint- no registration, no batteries, no petrol, no oil, no water, no air in tyres.The Zehed bike is easy to repair, easy to obtain inexpensive parts–producing no pollution. Zehed bike has two wheels when driving, and four wheels when stopping. The Zehed Bike is ideally suited for recycling at end of life; or sustained over decades via inexpensive repairs. So many people driving short distances many times per day now means- leaving the car at home for short local trips is usual application, as we all commence to reduce emissions at the international level, by commencing to apply the Zehed bike in daily trips - locally. A short trip is defined as a 20 kilometre circular trip. Zehdbikes general public road model starts at EUR €2900.00 delivered world wide as an easy to assemble flat pack or as whole finshed units as order via a local dealership ( higher priced) . The Zehed bike will bear a top speed of 55 KPH. Fast hot food delivery version will also be available with a heated food compartment, shopping complex and mall security Zbikes version is also being considered as well as an Aqua-Zbike. Zehed bikes will be made via a net zero emission plant. Upon success of the Australian plant , Zehed bike plants in other countries will be needed, to meet demand, for decades to come,as per our model; to be made under license. All exports and dealership setup / sales handled by FTN Exporting Australia for world wide distribution, in conjunction with USCT members. The Zehed plant R& D will also be making other Zehed products to save money on energy related costs associated with dwellings including developing a future model ZedBike without the use of polluting tyres- in where ‘the wheel’ will eventually be omitted as well.
EXPRESSION ON INTEREST TO SUPPLY PARTS FOR FTNX ZEHED BIKE PROJECT
Goods from countries where exceptional tariffs are imposed on Australian related business and exports; or unfriendly countries may not apply.
Suppliers of the following products may submit an expression of interest to supply components to for FTNX to consider late 2026 early 2027.
and that;
FTNX will be paying for goods on first delivery to which account will be opened for shipments thereafter on a revolving basis
No prices is to be provided , only indication of capability is sought at this time .If prices are stated such is only used for guidance and that the price is negotiated a firm at time of signing contracts.
Successful applicants will advised by emails in 2026. Australian suppliers have the first option to supply.

We are looking for quality , and not just reasonable prices. At start-up the plant will make 475 Zehedbikes per week and increase accordingly.

Only scaled up operations are able to provide the quantities sought .Basic outline provided to provide insight or product needed in the future. Full specification will be provided to successful applicants.
ONGOING PRODUCTS THAT WILL BE SOUGHT BY FTNX IN THE FUTURE
- Marine ply graded wood panels; 1.2M X 1.4M sheets @ 4-5 mm thickness: First delivery 7,000 sheets and 15,000 sheets thereafter per month .
- Timber must come from sustainable farming practices.
- 3500 units per week 35 Volt large can capacitors. First delivery 4000 units. UF rating to be provided.
- Large Heavy Duty Electric motors brushed type only: DC 12 Volts @ 250 , 26 amps as well as 350 and 500 watt motors ; First delivery 600 units.
- Large Bearing - with bore at 18 mm and others
- Metal Sprockets 420 type and matching chains- 3500 sets of each for first delivery
- Steel - Australia only various flat steel and 14/16 /18 mm diameter 8/8 grade steel rods will be sought
- Hides, rabbit skins, fully cleaned/ cured - Australia only
- Solar panels outside use, all weather: flexible thin 1M wide x 1.2 M long 12 Volts 300 watts 16 amps plus : First delivery 800 units .(Bare out wires: No Anderson plug or management unit needed)
- Solar panels - outside use all weather: flexible thin rectangle type units 15 inches by 30 inches : First delivery 1600 units. (Bare out wires: No Anderson plug or management unit needed)
- 8/8 graded various nuts/bots, wiring, LED lights, radio, horn, silicon / glue/ welding sticks etc.etc.
- Road rubber: Solid tyre rubber ( Butadien) strips 50 mm wide , 8-10 mm thick, 3.2 Metre long segments- with road tread: 2500 units per first delivery
- Windows: Acrylic sheets 1m x 900mm 5 mm thick with section and cut outs to be discussed; first delivery 2000 sheets- or toughend glass ( for windscreens/ side door windows.)
- Organic long lasting paints and clear coatings
- FTNX is interested to hear from Companies worldwide who make quality machinery and hand held tools ( cutting wheels , grinders, drills) EU, Australian, Japan , German and Italian suppliers given preference.

If critical parts cannot be secured at the quantities requested monthly, Zehed bike plant will dedicate sections within the plant to produce such parts as the aim is to also highlight Australian know-how and ingenuity.
