With the new business year upon us, the 2025/26 business period will continue to be hectic and confusing, in my opinion, due directly to Trump leading the US administration, and his association with the Israeli war and the illegal bombing of Iran. Preferential CO will need to be sourced by importers who have a ‘prefered ‘ status with countries imposing high tariffs on imports where such preferred customers have reduction on import tariffs payable. This is how it used to be. Unfortunately long preferred customers and even allies have no sway under the current mis-sguided US administration. Crude oil deals keep on landing on FTNX desk, alas, all from countries bearing western sanction- said sanction that FTNX could not find legal ways to override- except one. Crude oil bearing sanctions if the oil changed ” however slight” and re-exported from a country bearing no sanctions as supported by a certificate of origin is the only complex, but viable manner to buy and sell such goods-legally. We have had 4 inquiries pertaining to investment projects, one was based on preparing a report to mine coal out of Nigeria-which proved unviable. As for commodities, again Copper wire and Cathodes from Iran keep drifting into our inbox; which we cannot touch due to sanctions. Fake AU offers are also on the rise. Investment in LNG gas projects, supplying LNG to small but emerging countries may prove a viable concept, where the use of LNG carriers, which are in short supply may not be needed instead a interactive tank farm using ‘snap on’ 20 MT interchangeable cylinders, as offloaded and loaded onto a ship, might prove a viable aspect as a few cylinders of LNG can serve tens of thousands of homes for months with a cheap and friendly souce of energy. FTNX will keep you posted on this matter we are working with - as a side deal. Stupid and ill Informed intermediaries are still found online but in reduced numbers thanks to the FTNX doctrine of trade. With the precarious state of US banks and with increased status of Europe - FTNX will concentrate its trading efforts on large revolving contracts secured from STH America markets , ECC,China and Africa, for selling into southern hemisphere marketplace and in where the currency of the suppliers country could be used instead of USD to buy such goods. The most popular products that can still be effectively sourced are Cattle feed, fertilizers, chemicals, metals and ores and some agricultural products as such products are becoming more difficult to source again thanks to short sighted entities and politics as concerns about food shortages are becoming evident. As this time I would not waste a great amount of effort sourcing fuel /fuels as a main trading aspect, but as a side deal. A lot of fake dealings to do with financial instruments have popped up again and are ongoing. Reminder! - without a security license, delving into such instruments is illegal in most democratic countries. In 2025/26 FTNX is allowing all those with a USCT number issued by FTNX and have been trading since 2020 onwards ( last 5 years) to prepare, and offer an OTS to FTNX, if FTNX is closing on such a deal. Members pre 2020, may also apply, on merit at our discretion. USCT members doing as much may apply for new FTNX library codes, after reading the new 2025 FTNX website.The new FTNX website in 2025, is now aiming at confused suppliers and end buyers as there is so much ‘dumbness’ spreading all around the world as new players take over an established export business. I have seen some legal cases in 2024 relevant to commodity dealings that have cost the end buyers greatly; for simple mistakes that would have not happened if the end buyer closed the deal directly with FTNX or a USCT member. The time to apply the rule of laws and strict procedures is now upon us- applying anything less is deemed a high risk transaction. The skill set of experienced PCTs are now on display. As for FTNX- The investment project Zehedbike is a FTNX investment project, in this light, FTNX will retire from the trading aspect from late 2026 to work on finalising the investment project. USCT members who think they may be able to enact on a commodity deal with FTNX, may secure one supplier in 2025 and present it for our considerations in which, their USCT status is apparent when soucuring goods, and that FTNX is disclosed to be the ‘buyer.’ The FTNX website will grow in the next few months on the new reset, as such, while USCT members will be able to read the site effectively ,and do not need assistance to do so. the FTNX website is focusing on educating end buyers and suppliers, as an effort to increase FTNX business scope on large deals, for the 2025/2026 trading year..

USCT members please note: FTNX will not  conduct commercial  trade business with  Israel on moral  grounds. Anyone who professes to bear a  moral code, should also follow suite.Why ?  I have this right , as do many others, because we live in a country,  where equality is provided to all its citizens as prescribed under the law. “I may not like  the cut of a persons Jib, but will fight to the end in defending their rights.”  What does this means? Wrote one enlightened person today. If the laws in our country confer such said equal rights, then when the majority or people within such countries, decide to use such rights to supress the rights of the minority of its citizens, then the majority of people are acting unjustly and in contrary to the law. Furthermore, one cannot use one set of “rights” as an argument to impinge upon another set of human rights; unless one thinks that they are ‘above the law.’ Religion, god and racially induced discriminatory attitudes, has no role  to play–in serving this opinion. My disgust and horror is evident , on how easily it is to kill other human beings-–without the fear of  consequence.  Whether I like or dislike Israelis or Palestinians , has no bearing on what is  happening in Gaza. Righteous people worldwide should protest  on the streets in droves, to show their disdain for what the Israeli government is doing.  How can this be? Children being indiscriminately slaughtered as it  appears on a television set  halfway around the world , in Melbourne,  Australia ; slaughtered by Israeli soldiers following the directives of their pusillanimous  commander, who  somehow is able to  stand  on some kind of misguided Dias, with a hard face,  as being righteous. Israel is not enacting within the bounds of  law; regardless whose laws are applied. What is happening in Palestine could only be decribed as ‘genocide in cognito.’ If I can see on television daily and  weekly , the carnage caused by such indiscriminate killing of civilians,  and  do so for  for nearly 2 years. If I  can  see such murders;  everyone can see such killings as well being orchestrated  against  people  who are starving, sick, and are unable to defend themselves. If I  can see as much – so can the Israeli Government . This perspective now  provides the clear  evidence that is needed to prove  that the Israeli Government is knowingly killing such people indiscriminately ; and hence, the  Israeli government  ‘mens rea’ on the matter  cannot refute the obvious; that the Israeli Government is intentionally  killing people especially children, in an unfettered manner; without any considerations  of any humanitarian  aspects  pertaining to the rules of war as endorsed under Article (3) of  the Geneva convention – Specifically under  Article 3, and other international humanitarian laws, unequivocally prohibit the killing of unarmed civilians in war. This includes acts of violence like murder, torture, and cruel treatment against anyone not actively participating in hostilities. Such actions are considered war crimes and carry individual criminal responsibility. It is very clear to me what is happening . I have seen these horrific events, happening first hand  daily via  Television  reports."Only a stubborn stupid old men would suggest otherwise." It seems we have many stubborn and stuoid old men in governments worldwide, because nobody has taken any worthy action, or made any noted critiscisms of israel's actions- to date, for fear of reprecussions emanating from a billlegerent US Government. We need more young people in goverment with fresh and current thoughts, the kind who know what is fair and what is right. Greedy ignorant and stupid wealthy old men, bluffing their way into government continue to wreak havoc and produce adverse siuations –that can easily backfire to become dangerous. The principal and head of the Israeli government ,Benjamin Netanyahu of Likud is Indiscriminately killing citizens of Gaza - at will; is the work of a despot; a person infatuated on protecting his own misguided ideals - at any cost. Netanuahu is commiting genocide “discreetly’  and is doing do with a the assitance of another malcontent , Donald Trump. Without the Trump factor , Israel would have never committed such atrocities,  as such,  the US president is also complicit in such murders. A citizen  is needed, one with high end legal connections, to take up the fight on behalf of every Palestinians , to have Netanyahu  brought before the The International Criminal Court (ICC)  which is the body that investigates and prosecutes individuals for core international crimes, including war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity; and there your have it , if  the crime of genocide cannot  be sustained, then the fall, back position is to charge him with crimes against humanity. Such legal action cannot be instigated by another  ‘gutless’  government because the said  murders are politically charged. A citizen could therefore instigate such legal action albeit,  the cost would be prohibitive  exceeding 100 million dollars, and take 5 years or more to hear – and yet such a sum of money,  is a drop in the ocean,  for large section of people living a grand lifestyle  in  the nearby kingdom of Saudi Arabia;  while  the slaughter continues, by an emboldened Israeli  government, only 1700 kilometres away. The ICC must issue an injunction declaring that Israel must stop the indiscriminate killings. This will force the Israeli government to leave the bound of their country to answer such  charges in another. An injunction which can be issued in weeks.  If Netanyahu does not turn up to defend his position, the court could rule that war crimes are  being committed against humanity,  by Israel promoting and conducting genocide on the defenceless people located in Gaza–without the presence of Netanyahu.  A principal along with those  colluding with such via  support, each bear an equal and proportional share of the blame for such acts   - as  per a similar ruling made at the Nuremberg trials (at the end of WWII) and that, an effective precedent on this one matters is in effect.  In 2018  Roberts-Smith was found responsible for the murder of four unarmed civilians when deployed in Afghanistan. Israeli soldiers are doing the same  on mass, is already a provable event. As I write, ten children were slaughtered  lining up at a medical centre - for food.  100 Palestinians are being indiscriminately killed everyday- because a " defeated Hamas” soldier might be hiding under some rock, now shows us all clearly that Israel has no argument In the latest strikes Israel miscalculated the target which caused it missiles to hit and kill children-by accident. Really! Is that the excuse they have ? In the reality of the situation we are all complicit in allowing these murders to continue–unabated. “Let's see who’ll help you , when your rights are suddenly taken away on trampled upon. “ Humans must learn to defend themselves by first defending each other, and in doing so will unleash a great force , able to hold sway, in an environment headed by those whose intent is to dismantle human rights – at an alarming rate. Humans for all their brilliance albeit– still has one foot in the cave. How bad is this one way slaughter? The Vietnam Conflict Extract Data File of the Defence Casualty Analysis System (DCAS) Extract Files contains records of 58,220 U.S. military fatal casualties of the Vietnam War. Today its been revealed that around 60,000 Palestinian have been killed to date- more than US deaths caused by the Vietnam war. Disgraceful. 25 July 2025 .The media if showing us devastating picture of young children starving to death.This is terrible. Sanctions should be imposed on Isreal.It is simply unacceptable what they are doing. I take my hat off to President Macron of France who has the 'guts' to state today that FRANCE will recognised a Palestine state from September, while others are very busy-burying their head up Donald Trump's....?

All USCT members that I have instructed, already know how this aspect is applied .However when you are talking to 'outsiders' who have not studied the doctrine, the proper string application must be observed. Most suppliers and end buyers FTNX have worked with for decades are good and honorable enities– but not all. We have to apply such policies because we just don’t know when ‘ the few bad ‘ apples will appear and who will attempt to circumvent yout efforts. This is true of USCT membersas well of which 99% have acted honourably with FTNX over a 20 year period.

Assume the position of the PCT is that of FTNX

The Best String :
Supplier–FTNX–End buyer = No P.A needed

Good String
Supplier–USCT Mabhoko–FTNX–USCT Ifeanyi–End buyer = No P.A needed

The Bad and Ugly String:
Is it worth checking such a deal out? If so the string could be even bigger than below. One or even two P.A may be needed

(b) Supplier–Outsider – USCT Mabhoko–USCT Stewart–USCT Ifeanyi– FTNX– USCT Dariuz –End Buyer . In this aspect One P.A on the buy side will do as FTNX can easily confer with Dariuz about ‘matters on his side of the fence.’

On the Buyer side ( leading to the supplier) FTNX may nominate P.A status to a trusted USCT member to take care of this one side = P.A USCT Steward
On the sell side ( leading to the end buyer) FTNX may nominate a trusted USCT member to take care of this one side = P.A USCT Dariuz

As instructions from the Principal of Agency FTNX are passed to USCT Darius- His job is to ensure all others (ISS) on the sell side get such advice/ directives
Darius also answers questions being asked by ISS stringed members and outsiders, on this side without disturbing FTNX unless he is unsure how to serve a good answer.
Darius keeps the sell side string informed .Only P.A Darius is able to talk direclty to FTNX when a live deal event is being initated.

On the buy side: FTNX is the buyer on this side. The nominated P.A is Stewardt
The very same mirror aspect on the sell side is applied on the buy side.
Nobody crosses over FTNX from one side to the other - not even the P.A. is the base trading application for most PCTs, with very few excpetions existing. Very few single P.As can handle,acting on both side on a large sting. Here is where the discretion for the informed PCT comes into play.

The P.A on each side can also talk directly to the supplier or end buyer until the contracts are returned as signed- then everyone ‘ steps back’ while the Supplier – FTNX–End buyers conclude on the contract.
Once the financial instrument to pay for goods are lodged, FTNX asks the P.A on both side to collect all ISS IPG details for submission to FTNX.

The most important aspect that the PCT and Pricipal MUST always consider and observe when a deal starts is that everyone remains ‘on their side of the fence’ and that nobody is able to by-pass the PCT heading the deal
A good P.A will make the work of the PCT heading a deal much easier to apply. The P.A is therefore ‘standing on the same ground as FTNX.’ This is why the commission rate of P.A commission is higher.

If a USCT member invites an ill informed outsider to join a string because he has something to offer , the USCT vouches for the outsider and bears responsibilities of his/her actions.

(1) US beef may now be imported into Australia. Why? To appease Trump. Why would Australians buy beef from Americans when we have the best beef in the world? Strange indeed. What next? Is Trump going to insist we buy American wines? Luckily our government will do the right thing and impose a 50% import tariff on such imports. I’m sure Trump won't mind if we follow his example.

(2) Tankers carrying petrol refined from Russian crude oil is set to arrive in a Western Australia port this week, despite sanction​s. The ship, ‘Seferis’ left SIKA in India two weeks ago from the Jamnagar Refinery India carrying an average of 90,000 MT of fuel each. While Australian Ministers are in uproar, in regards to the above deliveries, in that; Australia is funding Russia’s war with Ukraine by default. Australia has less concern about children starving in Gaza; and the Americans don’t mind Trump playing golf in Scotland costing US taxpayers 5 million dollars a day-while economic affairs worldwide are falling apparent.​ The report stated that the loophole which allows such sanctioned goods into Australia needs to be plugged.

(3) FTNX has written about this event over the years. But there is no loophole​ to the above aspect. International trade dispute​, and hence under an international precedence via O.W Bunkering ( going broke 2013 ) liquidators who attempted to exercise a lien against unpaid fuel used by O.W customers hit a brick wall with the courts (Singapore) judgement.The court made clear that if you change a product, then the original product does not exist if it has been change to something else.The lien on the existing fuel in the ships bunkers cannot be retrieved under the lein, because its “ not the same fuel” that was sold to them by O.W bunkering. The original fuel sold by O.W Bunkering had been used​ up in running its engine long ago. ​On the same aspect, Russian Crude oil​ off loaded into India​, and then being converted to petrol, is not deemed to be ​'goods of Russian origin.​' The fuel is of Indian origin. The crude oil bearing sanction ‘no longer exists.’ There is no loophole here according to the law. The iron​y here is this, if FTNX contacted Russia to do the same; providing the actual service to initiate ​a similar process is a breach of sanctions rules. Here we have ’business’ on sanctioned goods thriving on one hand , while people who attempt to provide a service about handling such goods, could face severe penalties for “servicing assistance to countries bearing sanctions.” ​ The rule of law requires that Russia should be answerable before a court, and that sanctions create a situation where the rights of people ‘to earn a living’ is severely curtailed. You cannot use ‘one set of ​human rights’ to trample upon ‘another set of human rights’, which in itself is​ both discriminatory and prejudicial. If FTNX assisted Russia to sell fuel into Sth Africa where ​no russian sanctions apply to such goods, FTNX would be in legal hot water for securing assistance in selling Russian sanctions goods. But if a Russian ship empties its load of crude oil into a tank farm in a country where no sanction with Russia is apparent,​and that; new ship​s are loaded with a ‘blended admixture’ of crude oil , then the certificate of origin will not indicate that Russian goods are being sold. So much hypocrisy created by governments who stand on a podium, extolling the virtue pertaining to the rule of law, while supporting illegal activities, is becoming commonplace, as more Russian crude oil is ​being converted to petrol- is headed for our shores.

China buys and burns 60% of coal produced world wide, but Australia may be held accountable in the future for compensation that may eventuate from ‘climate change’ In fact, digging up resources such as coal uses very little energy compared what let us say - the internet uses. It is also a fact; that Coal and other resource minerals such as iron ore ‘once dug up’ does not create any noticeable emissions.This is an important legal perspective. Emissions commence with ships being loaded and end users of these products. It seems the push to punish the producers of such products which causes no emission,takes precedence over chasing the real culprits creating emissions , like ships and end users of such products. The lack of such entities to make real effort to try and mitigate such emissions, seems to be ‘is the lesser of two evils.’ Japan's coal fired power stations are now 70 percent efficient, while China’s usage of such products is nowhere near such efficiency standards. In fact; Pound per pound , there is nothing that can surpass the energy created by coal or crude oil.FTNX stated as much inline in 2013. Nothing has changed. What are we meant to do? Plenty of adverse news reporting about ‘the change in climate”- but the question is “How can we stop such emissions immediately” Will another useless COP meeting be the answer? If we only have 3 years, before we reach the point of no return ( as declared by the UN last week) , then point of no return is already upon us as there is no way that coal and crude oil use will stop being used anytime soon It is becoming obvious that climate change and the rhetoric and the nonsense that supports it is not going to eventuate in “3 years.” Climate change or adverse weather conditions? What is the real perspective? Agencies and scientists chasing funds to support their own position is what is really driving climate change nonsense. It is easy to show how climate change is upon us- but nobody has the answer of how to stop this force - because this force is a figment of scientific imagination. No different to some of the nonsense QuantumTheory offers us. FTNX will heavily continue to buy and sell coal, fuels and likes

NATIVE TITLE: Palestinians.

An opinion about Democracy and Law​ ahead of the pro-Palestinians protest this Sunday (3 August 2025) in Sydney Australia, where a last minute legal court challenge to stop the protest had failed. The atrocities Israel is ​conducting and directing “long after defeating the enemy” and the way they have destroyed Gaza is actually a war crime; Moses led his people into the promised land. This statement is not disputed, and therefore, it allows us all to draw upon the perspective that Israelis have their roots in Egypt ​and not Palestine, and nobody had the right legally to recognise the formation ​"via a proclamation​'’, the State of Israel in 1948​, not as it applies after the historic and globally influential legal ruling made in Australia defined as the Mabo case (1992). It suggests ​that Israel's very existence prior​t to the proclamation(s) ( 1917 and 1948) ​was self imposed, by name alone​; as attributed to the fact that they had​ to flee from one country, only to invade ​another; seizing or stealing territory belonging to the peaceful indigenous ​Arabic tribes​ of Palestine that lived in that part of the world–long before Moses and his people fled Egypt. I could not find any semblance of a treaty to state otherwise. I contest that Iseali has trampled upon the native rights of indigenous Paletsinans, and that Israel ​had extinguish​ed ​ the rights of a race of people, native to Palestine by default​. Israel must now concede to a two state solution with speed; or Israel must return to their roots and repatriate stolen land back to native Palestinians​–forms the basis of the argument. The principles that dismiss the legal maxim of Terra Nullius as a legitimate claim - is a well tested one, and cannot justly succeed–as a defence​ favouring israel's position. Once the State of Palestine is incepted formally; a corridor or land is made apparent between the border of these two countries, as a free trade and commercial business zone - where Palestinians and Israelis can meet on mutual ground peacefully, to discuss business and other important matters, on a declared bit of land, set aside for this purpose. On one side of this middle ground the Palestinians have a fully manned border crossing, as does Israel across the opposing side covering distances measured not in metres but –kilometres . The middle ground separating the two states is a vital aspect, as both countries will continue acting with belligerence towards each other, for many decades to come​. A buffer to mitigate antagonism on’ both sides of the fence’ is needed. The Palestinian may then form a government. This is what Democracy is all about. Protecting the rights of all individuals – equally, regardless of race, colour or creed. Just laws do not discriminate. This means we are all dealing with each other on just and equal terms as ‘human’ beings. Israel may have a l​egal right to the very land they claim as their own; but those rights were served unlawfully. Obtaining a legal status by unlawful means - is illegal. Israel treating other human beings, indifferent to the way they were treated during World War II - is another added disgrace that the Israeli people will need to face; for as long as this current government remains in office.​ There is a large growing number of Israelis who are also disgusted with what its Government has done.Dismantling Hamas, has nothing to do with arbitarily murdering children.

International trade is in turmoil- with no relief in sight, as a direct result of the small minded, child like Trump and its administration who are also complicit in endorsing such events. USA citizens must work out a way to get rid of this parasitic money hungry president, before it’s too late; as he is already planning to rig the next US elections. If US citizens fail to do as much, the Democratic America we used to know - will be lost to a dictator. It will become isolated. This is how mentally impaired this president is . American does not have enough beef for its own uses, and yet he has had a huge but facile win in getting banned meats imported into Australia, a country which has the best standards in world when it comes to exported beef products. Nobody will buy US meat in Australia even if it is available; even McDonald's in Australia won’t buy it. This is what Trump does best- he is great at creating angst , so he can resolve such angst. Two FTNX transactions were knocked back this week after upon closing, when the buyer protested about import tariffs into the USA and argued for a better price of goods on such grounds. All USCT members must now state on all offered words to the effect “ Importing goods into the USA will attract import tariffs as an added expense for the buyer or importer to bear. All buyers must be informed about such import tariffs before signing this offer.” In a similar example; as per FTNX doctrine as well as ICC Incoterms states that “the seller if asked, should assist the buyer in matters of securing insurance in a CIF transaction.” Under CFR “the seller is required to state that insurance coverage is for the account of the buyer” etc.etc. USCT members must now state that the buyer must pay for all import tariffs for goods heading to a USA port and that the buyer should find out what the tariff rates are imposed , as sought from US Customs’ before the offer is signed or, if the deal is signed subject to contract ‘before the contract is signed.’ If the end buyer fails to perform once the contract is signed , the end buyer is liable for all delivery expenses incurred up to this point. The buyer will be unable to use as a defence “ that it ought to have been made aware about such tariffs.’ USCT members are to be wary about selling goods into the USA as is problematic, and be concerned about large scale export of resources as this maligned President may impose more imports on US exports and the USA banking system in the future.

Indian market has been hit with a 50% Tariff regime by USA.This act has caused Indian based supplier to now actively look for new markets.Trump is increasingly isolating USA from the rest of the world. When is it better not to export goods to the USA, compared to selling such goods elsewhere ? When is it time to drawn the line? The answer could be of Trumps own doing. A Tariff is imposed on American importers for goods bearing a USA imposed tariff. A Tariff could also apply at the very same time , by the exporting country as well. If Europe and the rest of the world impose an in ‘mirror application’ on the tariffs imposed by Trump in that- all or even some Governments impose’a mirroring tariff’ to exporters of goods heading into the USA, then I doubt if the USA economy could last 3 months before coming to his senses or knees. If India cops a 50% tariff on its US imported goods, then automatically the same tariff is applied to the exporter. If US decides not to impose impose a Tariff, then the exporter face no tariffs as well. This automatic aspect would allow other countries without Tariffs to enjoy unprecedented prices locally, while USA consumers thanks to Trump , pays double for such goods obtained locally. In legal terms the maxim of ‘Quid Pro Quo’ could effectively be applied. While the rest of the world can do without American products for 3 months, USA could not survive the economic fallout, from such an event, if such a stance were applied. if USA cannot be relied upon as a military force, what is it good for? Government’s around the world should start announcing a ‘mirror’ reciprocating Tariff application.Trump has done nothing but support wars and trade turmoil which will catch up to him, soon; alas it will be the great people of America who will suffer form the act of this one numbskull. “What you do to me, you do to yourself’ should be the newest tariff application. India has been buying sanctioned Russian crude oil for decades.Trumps excuse to impose such tariffs to imported Indian goods now, came to him-I'm sure, from advice found on a box of corn flakes.

Current arguments raging on Australian T.V about the current tragic situation in Palestine are obviously lacking courage, as it is in England–where apparently pro Palestinian protesters are being arrested, for breaking laws prohibiting citizens for supporting a “terrorist state.” Every country in the world has a large and small group of its citizens who are not happy with the way their Government is conducting affairs of state. Hamas is internationally ‘deemed’ a terrorist group; a group who have influence among its people. There are also a large number of people in Gaza that do not like Hamas or what they stand for. Hamas does not recognise Israel as a sovereign state. Its goal is to establish an independent Islamic state comprising Gaza, the West Bank and Israel. Hamas supports a strategy of violent attacks on civilian and military targets, and armed resistance against the Israeli military, in pursuit of its goals; goals fuelled by Israeli aggression going back thousands of years. This is why countries like Australia have deemed Hamas a terrorist, therefore all financial activities conducted by Hamas also attract money laundering charges and the likes, by default. In other words, the Israelis have infringed upon the rights of Palestinians long before these current hostilities and atrocities came to be. The idea that staving and arbitrarily killing Palestinians and then taking their land , using Hamas as an excuse to do so are irrelevant as two separate issues are clearly apparent.I would have thought England of all countries would have recognised this fact. Likewise using ‘hostages’ on the same rationale. To blame all Palestinians for the action of a few is again a ‘suit for purpose’ argument and does not confer any rights for Israel to take over Gaza, or exterminate the ancestry of descendants of the indigenous tribes, who occupied Palestine long before the Israelis escaped from Egypt–as led by Moses. What Israel is doing is a criminal act; what the world is doing is talking a lot, while these criminals continue to act immorally, unethically and illegally. In effect what is really happening is that leading countries can’t do anything about Israel, because it is backed by another gutless wonder-Trump. Thousands of Israeli citizens are also protesting at the intent of its government. Netanyahu has been struck by the ‘dumbness of Trump’ while everyone else has been dumbstruck on what to do.The only radicals in the whole big picture is the ill fated Netanyahu and Trump alliance. For Netanyahu to call Australians and other ‘radicals’ denotes the deceptive nature of his position; when he held an international press conference today, to only accepted questions from Israeli journalists.

The one phrase that got me away when Putin said at the press conference today, is clearly demonstrating intent. “ This Ukraine conflict” makes it very clear that Russia is blaming Ukraine for this war, and even blaming the USA on the same platform by also stating that “ if Trump was in office this war would have not occurred. " Trump is desperate for attention. He has ruined global trade, he has achieved nothing and therefore he needs to be appeased. Let us not forget for one moment that Russia invaded the sovereign country of Ukraine. Russia illegally invaded Ukraine. Let us not s lose sight of this one aspect. Trump should have told President Putin to ‘get out’ of Ukraine. This war will stop immediately if “President Putin ordered his troops out of Ukraine.” - Very simple. President Putin does not ‘give a shit’ about Nato; it is just a deflection and a bargaining chip and nothing more. Trump is now going to call Nato and President Zelensky, to advise them that this war is over if Ukraine allows Russia to keep the land it has already conquered- which is unacceptable . We look at this farcical meeting , while Israel is illegally taking over Palestine.The art of deflection is in play. Trump most likely offered Putin the immediate lifting of western banking sanctions and other potential investment schemes if he pulls back into Russia. Trump is now going to ask President Zelenskyy to surrender land which is not going to happen. Nato and the rest of the world must continue with the pressure of sanctions to force Russia out of - unconditionally.In return , Russia has all sanction lifted. This is the only acceptable deal; a deal which allow our business to once more thrive.President Putin has more charisma and commands more respect than Trump;, he is much more interesting as well, and before sanctions were imposed , PCT's liked dealing with Russian and its people-intently. The Russia of the past, needs to come back into the fold-and the only way to do this is by pulling back Russian troops immediately.Anything less is unacceptable.

Is this a joke - Trump is offering a security guarantee as the basis to stop the Ukraine war. Trump is a dishonourable person. He is also a criminal - his guarantees are not worth the paper it’s written on. Europe knows this, so does Ukraine. But Europe knows how to appease a child like Trump. Let others do the bidding, and let Trump take the accolades. One thing is for sure, getting Russia back into the mainstream business world would be great for the PCT. Even with a Guarantee in place, how does the USA know that Russia will not invade Ukraine again in 12 months time, while threatening nuclear war against anyone who tries stop him. Is this not what Putin has already done before? And while Trump manages to take our focus away from Palestine, Israel grabs more land. Putin must pull back, failing to do this means the next war is only around the corner. Trump is unable to act as president; and in his latest rant a few days ago, a suggestion was made that Trump may add a Tariff to USA exports as well. We can only hope that the American people get rid of this greed laden criminal- next time around.

FTNX clients often seek products from us. FTNX attempts to secure such products long before the clients asks us. For certain highly wanted goods a supplier provides FTNX with an AOS or Offer .The offer must valid for 90 days or more .This does not always mean that FTNX will take three months to buy goods and another few months to seal the deal thereafter. An AOS secured in advance means we can test more than one client/ end buyer on a ‘first come first served basis’ as our clients don’t always buy goods offered to them by FTNX allowing FTNX to test the market place beyond our client base. A supplier who can assure delivery 21 days after after the DLC is accepted, in where the offer and contracting period is fast tracked within a 15 days period prior ( Offer signed 5 days.Contract signed 10 days)- in essence from the time the offer is advised to the time the DLC is accepted, a 21 day transaction period is apparent , where delivery is initiated and completed within 21 day period thereafter ( Total 42 days for first delivery, 30 days revolving thereon from the first) In effect a supplier with stock ready to be loaded at FAS , could have payment in their account within 21 days of an offer being issued ( and accepted) defines a fast track business application.The AOS is an independent aspect to the purchase period, once such a period is initiated within the validity time frame of an AOS or offer of supply held by FTNX. If goods are not purchased, then the supplier may reserve its place as a FCE endorsed supplier, by reserving another 3 months listing on the FCE. In essence and in most cases not many suppliers can take advantage of a fast track express delivery mode.Having said as much, booking a ship at FOB ,CFR and CIF - a leeway of at least 45 days is needed or more.This is where using the full 90 days and a few months thereafter has specific purpose to do with having to wait for a ship, and if the port is a mainstream port, reserving wharfage time will also contribute to delays.

China, Russia now have India in their orbit, thanks to Trump who has managed to do what was thought not possible. USA is being isolated and dumped by countries who were once staunch allies . Modi knows how to play ‘ two faces.’ Indians migrate to all countries yearly around 15,000 into China, 15,000 into Russia and more so into places like the UAE where they look for work and often cite terms like ‘slave labour’ and ‘injustice’ in doing so. This is what Russia and China do , they enslave people. Modi knows ‘ what side of the bread is buttered’ and yet he likes to play silly games. Modi know that Indians like to go to countries like Australia, which harbours around 1 million people of Indian nationality, and the USA who takes in around 200,000 Indian nationals a year. Perhaps Modi should direct migration to Russian and China-see how that works for him? Modi may seem to be Pals of China and Russia - but it only seems that way. Today the three ‘rulers’ meet to discuss what ? Nothing. They can do nothing because the USA is simply ‘to way ahead of the curve.’ Even with Trump at the helm, India, China and Russia cannot create their own international payment system- is very telling just how ‘powerful’ they are. Trump hires and fires those who he does not like-at will. He has curtailed health care, ruined the the economy and forces those once close- to stand peering at the USA at a distance. I have no doubt that if TRUMP was not elected, many more Palestinian would be alive today and Isreal would have not been emboldened to commit the crimes it has committed, including genocide. Adding to the Trumps woes the US banking system is on precarious ground. US states needs to assimilate and force TRUMP and his cohorts out of office due to mental issues.How? The 25th amendment clearly intended for it to apply when a president is incapacitated by a physical or mental illness, experts say. Some experts have also argued that it could also apply more broadly to a president who is dangerously unfit for office. Getting rid of Trump, means a new start. Keeping him means US will be led by a fully blown dictator by early 2026. Getting rid of him, returns the USA to the position of being respected and feared. As it stands Putin suggests TRUMP is an asset to Russia. When a powerful nation is no longer feared, it is no longer respected either. As for the coolest member of the group, President Xi Jinping is fast becoming a respected global leader–for all the wrong reasons, while this circus in the USA plays out. Maybe Chinese citizens should migrate to Russia–and give countries alike Australia and the USA a break. As for Trade? Countries still need safe trading applications, laws and rules as well as products; and business has been brisk-–without input from the USA. FTNX is now starting to use Euro currency as a standard primary currency of trade successfully as well.

As for Isreal, the UN highest court yesterday finally confirmed Isreal of Genocide.This now makes USA complicit in killing of over 65000 people in Palestinians. ITS THE PEOPLE of America who can legally forceTrump out of office- for once American people must band together to put their indifferences on the side to tackle and destroy this malignant growth before it turns into a cancer. The Arab people must also do the same. If the American people are not prepared to defend themselves , then nobody else will. As for ‘trade’ the scam artists emboldened by Trump are trying to conduct deals ‘their way,’ fortunately the FTNX doctrine of trade in now deeply embedded all over the world - stopping such ‘ suspect traders’ in their track. ITSI is still selling internationally in 2025 .. The basis has no changes apparent since published in 2010. Incoterms now is apply 2020 edition , and UCP 600 is still in effect, even when next change is apparent on these international rules , the basis of the doctrine remains the same . All trading aspects, even though sanctions (and TRUMP rhetoric) are now in place- still apply, putting sanctioned goods aside, the trading procedures that all intermediaries world wide must apply safely and legally remains intact. If the base rules change, and it's affected ITSI, we will update any aspect of the FTNX doctrine, if necessary on this website. To date the formal aspects of ITSI remain fully applicable as a first edition print ..15 years after it was published. While FTNX has literally destroyed the ill informed market place, all PCT's must remain prudent as new ill informed players enter the market place at the end of each year.

Trump then told the journalist to ‘ be quiet’ when he asked another question in where Trump then implied that he is going to report him to the Australian Prime Minister. This now makes him a RAT, the kind of low life defined as a ‘Dobber.’ Trump cannot see that every leader in the world thinks he is an idiot in where he is being entertained by such leaders because the USA is a powerful country (militarily). As if King Charles would have wasted his time otherwise. Trump is also defined as a WANKER- as are all those who voted for him, on the belief that a billionaire scoundrel “will look after their interests.” The Wanker and Dobber is now running the USA, until ‘the day of the dog’ comes for him. Every current war and economic issue world wide can be traced back to TRUMP taking office. The worlds current discourse is not from China,Russia or Isreal - but TRUMP. I feel sorry for my many America friends where not one single PCT has any kind words for him. In fact the words used to describe this parasite cannot be repeated online. Sure Trump has caused our position to generate more profit; but the world is not about making profit- it about taking care of each others interests- in a fair just and equal manner. Finally, the Australian  Prime Minister  along with the Governments of  Canada ,U.K and France inter alia-  have formally announced support for a Palestinian state –at the angst of Israel.  Australians ‘do not throw in the towel’ nor ‘bend their knees’ to anyone. We know what is right and what is wrong.We know as much, because being born in Australia, means being born in a country that respects the human spirit by practicing the virtues pertaining t o protecting the rights of all people; said respect, as was  earned with Australian blood in  protecting such rights in two major world wars and in recent time , protecting the rights of indigenous native  Australians. All human beings ought to know this basic premise of life and therefore learn to  tolerate living together. We all need a set of guiding rules to guide our own discourse, because living the daily grind is a difficult aspect of life , and yet  so many people don’t see the faults of their own doings, often seeking to reflect upon their own shortcomings - by blaming others. It’s difficult to face the truth when looking into the mirror of time; but it is only when we look back upon ourselves first, over time,  can our own misgivings be realised; to arrive at the understanding that some of the things  we humans do–are simply wrong. We humans must recognise first that which is right,  and that which is wrong, and tolerate the indifference of others , we do not like and to do so without malice and intimidation. We may not like what a race of people are doing, we may not like their culture, nor their lifestyle- or even the colour of their skin;  but we do know the importance of protecting human rights on behalf  of  those  who are unable to defend themselves. We know as much because there is one quality that all human beings share. The colour of blood– is the universal colour of life . We know the difference between a war, genocide and murder. This is where human beings have failed to appreciate life itself. It seems  pusillanimous leaders dictating policies in countries like Israel and the USA have lost their humanity and sense of decency, in the pursuit of wealth the bedfellow of which is greed. We need to get rid of all sanctions. We need to give Palestine their own right to subsists in a manner that  suits their lifestyles. We should not allow religion to dictate  decisions we attempt to initiate in protecting human rights.We should not accept discrimination in any form ; and we keep our prejudicial views to ourselves. I think such basic virtues predicated on  decency  can be practiced by all people worldwide. Furthermore , all humans must not become reliant on governments and bring to bear upon themselves to simply  learn that there are a few basic things that Governments cannot touch- first comes  free speech,  and second protecting human rights to all people on  earth–equally, by ensuring that the people themselves maintain such rights on behalf of those who cannot. The ‘people have the power  to dictate the course in life they want to take.’ Only the people of this diminishing planet  ‘can steer the ship away from the surf and spray.’  Whether we like it or not, we a re all in the same boat. Stick your head in the sand as you may; being ignorant about the adverse  happenings around you  and your fellow human beings means your head will remain the sand for ever. “You will remain a Morlock treading darkness-never knowing the light.” At the end of the day if all people in all countries in the world stand to defend  a  predetermined set of human rights as a  universally accepted set of rights-the act of living becomes bearable. We all need to observe the fundamental basic attributes pertaining to the rule of fair and just laws, whether we like it or not, for the sake of the whole human race. Isreal is murdering 28 children per day since the horrors of this war commenced. That's wrong- no matter who your are.

AI has a big problem. I have been thrashing AI for a 24 hour period to come to the realisation that AI is a fantastic tool in obtaining information instantly - Trading while using AI is also an effective tool, but only if you are informed about the subject matter in advance. AI is also a great tool in creating a population of  dumb people. Humans learn by study and practice and indeed writing down what we have learned. AI give you so much details about subject matters being prompted, that you learn nothing, in obtaining answers instantly. One day in the future , on a bright sunny day , AI will break down and leave millions of people stranded at any given time. In effect, it is we humans who will destroy ourselves; AI is the tool that will allow this to happen, unless we learn to dismiss using AI as being a secondary application in where real study remains the primary attribute of learning and education. AI for instance cannot deliver the lesson that product comes first not money; it can't deliver the message that you don't buy submarines from dishonourable (USA) money hungry Government , and pay in advance 800 million dollars only to learn that the seller has changed its mind after payment was accepted. This expensive mistake could have been avoided if only our Government had read the FTNX Doctrine of Trade (ITSI) .I wish the Australian Government all the luck in the world in getting taxpayers money back from such a dishonourable entity who thinks it is above the Rule of Law.

Recap : An electric bike fully covered, bearing all the same aspects of a car, ideal for short trips, never needing a charging outlet, does not need batteries made as a ultra-analogue product, serving reliability and matters of recycling. The Zehedbike is 100% made in Australia using only locally sourced components. This is the rule for any manufacturer considering to also build ZEHEDBIKE in their own country as per our model. While FTNX would like to assist on this matter we can’t due to unfair and unjust sanctions. These issues should be settled via arbitration and not sanctions. Under principles of democratic laws, a larger entity taking advantage of a smaller entity in a coercive and unconscionable matter would not be tolerate in a country like Australia and yet it seem, like minded countries dancing to the pied piper Trump, are turning a blind eye to such principles. Countries are become obtuse in making laws to suit the their own position in disregard to the need of the people they represent. Iran is offering a massive amount of Copper related products onto the market place . Today Copper concentrate 50,000 MT is on offer at FOB. USCT members are reminded that sanctions laws, in many instances do not even allow the PCT in a country bearing such primitive sanctions, to advise or assist on such deals. Sth Africa does not have sanctions with IRAN and is able to conduct business with IRAN and hence FTNX as ‘mentor and educator’ can only assist a PCT in South Africa on such deals, but FTNX cannot be personally involved in the deal with the STH African PCT in conducting business with Iran . I can only instruct the PCT on his business practice to which the PCT then applies educational advice to the TRADE he or she is conducting with IRAN. FTNX name cannot appear on any document pertaining to such a deal. Since matters of using the SWIFT banking system also blocks Iran’s use of transmittable financial instruments, a Sth African PCT dealing with Iran must trade on original hardcopy document as advised by air mail courier where the STH African PCT then presents those documents at their local bank ‘at sight after changing the invoice value. ” The PCT must also secure a Confirmed DLC from the buyer to facilitate such a trade legally and safely, as the STH African banking system is connected to banks in Europe. A PCT must also use EURO and not USD when trading on such sanctioned goods. When the documents to be presented are accpeted, the PCT then instructs it bank to advise payment to IRAN as per in-house services available.In any case 50,000 MT of copper concentrate should attract at least a 11.0% discount which IRAN does not offer and is always looking for a added premium , without understanding how difficult it is to trade in such sanctioned goods. APCT must know their limitation and must not trade in sanctioned goods personally nor trade in strange American invented or created ‘financial/lease instruments’ which are once more, a fee based scam, that is increasingly appearing more often than not internationally; as mostly offered by ill informed traders.

FTNX prices on the ftnx site (FTNX Exchange) is only for FTNX to apply, where very thin margins are in play. FTNX is hovering very close to the 3.0% rule . USCT members trading alone must apply higher margins and more so when a string deal is apparent. FTNX can do as much because FTNX no longer considers string or FCL deals and may only consider very large single NBC cargo. FTNX is only interested to conduct large revolving NBC transactions from mid 2025 and that; once such deals commence it often takes 4 or 5 months or longer - to gauge success - or failure. This is the nature of such deals, when very large gains are sought. USCT members must not go below 3.0% is a rule. This means if goods are being purchased by FTNX (PCT) for let us say $600.00 per MT FOB, the sell price must exceed 3.0% of the buy price - hence a lone PCT could apply 3.75% on the buy price if large revolving quantities are involved. If the PCT is going to advise let us say 3 IPG’s as well , then this base rate could be safely applied at 6.75%. at NBC or up to 10.0% or higher of FCLs, ‘as unforeseeable and seeable added expenses ‘along the way’ will occur often with FCL deals. The assumptions is that the PCT assures end buyer a discount on goods purchased is 50% or more ( e.g: 60/40% or even 90/10%) greater than the commission earned .The FTNX Doctrine makes it clear; the end buyer must obtain the majority share of any discount secured on goods sourced by a PCT. The end buyer gets the biggest share of the discount and the 3.0% rule will ensure that if the USCT /PCT member is trading alone and is faced with unforeseen events, a profit will /may still be earned - however small . Let us say, if delivery is late and the PCT has offered the buyer a LDD of let us say $ 2.00 per MT - which is being claimed - this money comes out of the PCT’s gross profit margin. Hence the PCT must not conduct a trade below the 3.0% GP margin as the P.G or LDD from the supplier may not be evident to support such a loss. In a revolving transaction when margins are wafer thin, the long odds of losing out on six ships from 12 and making good profits on the remaining 6 shipments is how PCT should be strutting such deals. It’s the total value of the contract that the GP is considered, not the individual revolving shipments , as the end buyer must get the high side of the discount secured by a USCT endorsed PCT; the contract price must reflect such a price. The end buyer still has an excellent discount apparent on purchased goods , if greed is kept out of the deal, even after all IPG’s are accounted for by the PCT - is the expectation. As I have seen in the last month, old ways are reappearing online, as it often happens when the Christmas festive season falls upon the world, “as do all the trading clowns comes out to play.” A PCT must not take all the secured discount for their own benefit - this is the wrong way to conduct such deals, and a PCT must not be tempted to fall below 3.0% rule . If the PCT playing around with different currencies as well then a CAF is applied ( Currency After Fluctuation ) at 3.0%.This means the base gross profit rate starts at 6.0%. If the end buyer and seller agree to the same currency, the the CAF does not need to apply

Russia is selling crude oil to India and China who in turn refine the product and ship such goods them under a different COO. These shadow fleet of rust buckets bearing no insurance, is what’s bearing ‘western sanctions’-the crude oil should have been sanctioned, not the ships. Buyers/ users in countries like Australia are paying less for imported refined products , while consumers at the pump see very little relief. This is what the sad world of business has become-under Trump - Gypsies thieves and tramps. If a PCT tried to trade on Russian goods in Australia the authorities would be at our doors immediately and yet local corporations buying fuel made from Russian crude oil are making a huge profit at the cost of consumers. Is this legal ? Yes! As stated as per the Sales of Goods Act 1979, and due to a legal precedent already specified under the 2013 OW bunker case; the crude oil, once changed into another product, as purchased by a countries not bearing western sanctions, is not selling Russian crude oil, the same oil that was purchased. This means the crude oil being turned into e.g: petroleum is now able to have it own Certificate of Origin issued ; this is the document that is needed to unlock the SWIFT payment processing system and DLC n/ collection process. People are being murdered because Trump decided to embolden Isreal; war ships blowing up presumed drug runners at will; US states being overrun with military personnel at the request of Trump, his lust for moneyed his quest to quiet the media and his support for ‘his long time friends; has culminated into a festering pit of greed and disgrace, unlike any other time in history. Thanks to such an idiotic person such as Trump who has a big mouth and nothing more, Putin without fearing USA is openly selling more crude oil than ever before; breaching it own 30% of GDP quota limits.This means only one thing, Russia is in economic dire straits, while Ukraine bears the brunt of EU inactions. ‘When you corner a bear, be ready to fight.’ PCTs Notes ; Source and contact Jamnagar and new Mangalore refineries in India or Qingdao and Dalian Refineries in China, get a Quote for D2 ( revolving) 4 month is advance, and sell the product-as per doctrine; it is not the business of the PCT to police or ask ‘where did the crude oil come from to make such a product.’ The ‘refinery’ therefore can be made to fit into the FTNX doctrine definition of the term ‘supplier.’ The Russian crude price is capped at US$47.60 per BBL, this means the PCT tracking an exchange basis, when making their own D2 offer, should seek at least a 20% discount minimum on the benchmark being used, ,15% of which should ultimately favour the end buyers position.This means most PCT will be able to trade in refined goods, even though the origin of the stock is from Russia.

Regardless of the unhinged world order, the rule of law must still prevail as the method to buy and pay for commodities still needs to be applied in a strictly applied manner - failing to do as much will incur a potentially huge financial loss to the PCT. A PCT must still apply the doctrine of trade, to the highest level of application to include securing a performance guarantee. Ill informed intermediaries do not have a chance to conduct commodity trading business in these trying times. Those who are lucky enough to have a fax machine connection, should trade accordingly in 2026, using such a very safe ‘un-hackable’ way of communication is still relevant today, as many countries still use the fax machine. The internet is used for research and discovery only- as the internet has become a convoluted scam laden industry full of false hopes, lies and deception. The internet is driven by the energy of greed, and the useless aspects of AI and the huge amount of energy needed just to keep it ‘alive.’ As for net emissions, a PCT should continue trading in fossil fuel as the end of the road as far as EV’s are concerned could head in various directions. The only thing an EV does that is different to a petrol driven car , is the fact that the EV does not emit smoke from its tailpipe. In the true sense however, much more emissions are created with EV than petrol cars could ever achieve. The amount of copper , metal plastic and tyre wear makes the EV the worst kind of vehicle to have; if climate change is the issue, supporting such vehicles. If we had put all our energy in cleaning fossil fuel emission— from coal powered generators and petrol cars, such production aspect would have now been close to 70 or 80 percent ‘clean efficient and emission free’. Humans have made a big mistake trying to convert to electric driven cars- and the future is going to be a costly one, payable by the generation of today. I will reiterate what I publicly said in 2013 as a matter of record - once more “ Pound per pound there is nothing that could be compared to the energy and wanted-by products derived from crude oil.” As for 2026 trading scenario, PCT should concentrate on smaller NBC revolving lots - from 12500 MT to 25,000 range except for coal and fuels and crude oil. The PCT should keep away from the leading branded global suppliers as many mid range suppliers are now apparent, trying to break into a market place controlled by monopolies. Vietnam, Africa and South America are emerging markets of the future; and until Trump is kicked out of the White House, the USA cannot depend on their global supremacy because “ they have the best submarines in the world.” The American people can’t survive the reality of life “because it has the best submarines.’ Trump is being treated like a clown by world leaders–they have worked him out as being a greedy and narcissistic individual and while he remains in office, Americans can expect the worst is yet to come from this president- who creates problems– so he can solve them. 100’s of millions of American are going to lose welfare benefits this week as the federal government shut down continues . 40 million people will also lose foods stamps- as American begin to fell the wrath of voting for an audit to lead them, “and while Rome burns - Trump plays golf”

As far as trading is concerned, business with Russia is not longer possible until payment via western banks his able to resume. Europe is scared of Trump otherwise Putin should have been on his knees by now. The EU must stop pandering to TRUMP and Putin. In any case, Russia cannot use nuclear weapons on countries it is sharing its border with as the fallout would kill many Russians as well; this means Europe could have had a stronger presence of the ground to assist the Ukraine to take on Putins army of disillusioned Russians–instead we have excuses. To even discuss Trumps peace plan is an insult to western leaders. The USA once nearly destroyed it self via a civil war, it happened before and it will happen again if Trump is not removed from office by force. In any case the USA has its own problems; you have a dumb sexual deviant as presidents converting white house to the status of a shit house more akin to a third world palace. You have his family members looking to make a buck out of every disaster. And you have a president who wants to become the King of America while powerful rich friends support him. American media and indeed in Australia and other countries talk about Trump in a very guarded manner without condemnation being apparent, when they should be tearing his administration apart. This is where democracy and worlds like liberty, equality and fairness do not seem to apply under Trump. Being ignorant of the law is no excuse- is a maxim promoted under the western legal system; in the same light ‘being ignorant of the people being voted into office is no excuse. ‘ American deserve what they get, they voted for this idiotic person and must bear the basis of their convictions. Alas other countries are affected by the decision to vote a T.V celebrity into the biggest office in the world. Gutless people will meet their demise sooner rather than later. To remain gutless is a win to Putin. To take on bullies like Trump , and Putin you must either ignore them or take them on. Both aspect are effective. Appeasement and pandering is not. For the USA to take on a third world country like Venezuela on the pretext of stopping cocaine entering into the USA is a senseless self indulgent act, and it is easy to do as well. Does this means when Trump is finished with Venuzuela , he will do the same against China, to stop heroin getting into the USA? I don’t think so. Trump won’t do as much because he is weak- he stinks of fear and he does not know what he is doing. The uSA gave the world the internet and with it , the world is becoming dumber is now a fact as the latest reports out of the uSA suggest that humans IQ level have come down. The internet is destroying the minds of young people, not unlike Trump has destroyed world affairs and the business of safe trading. Standing on the side lines the EU is doing so as a losers proposition. The EU and especially the U.K an / or France must serve a slap to Trump, to show him manners- it must take on to defend Ukraine and face the enemy in the eye, and enemy who simply has not got much steam left. More importantly countries must like India and Australia must stop buying refined fuels made from Russian stock. Leaders of countries must spend time fixing up their own countries instead of running around feeding themselves with billions of dollars of tax payer money trying to feel important ,for achieving nothing. I have to say , President XI Jinping at 72 years of age, certainly has my respect- he is running a country with 1.5 Billion people; an effort that Trump cannot fathom let alone even emulate. China is equal if not more powerful than the USA and yet, it cannot compared to the fear and instability Trump, Netanyahu and Putin have caused to world peace. if Trump was not elected , Isreal war would have not happened. if Trump took on Putin, he would have backed out of Ukraine by now. Trump is the problem- remove the problems and we’ll have world peace–now that’s worth a peace prize.

This is the last post before scrubbing the FTNX library for the 2025 trading year. FTNX will becomes an agency conducting business using informed registered USCT member only in 2026, as FTNX personally refrains from engaging in the trading aspect .This allows FTNX to supervise and refine the TRIBE aspect as applied under a Agency application. All intermediaries, brokers agents buyers and sellers world wide now have their own entity to oversee their activities. The FTNX exchange has been successfully trialled for 6 months and now will become a formal application for all registered members to use via its directives. This is necessary as FTNX cannot expand it business while directing others and trading at the same time, as FTNX is the only entity bearing capability in service advice pertaining to the FTNX trade doctrine of Trade.In effect registered members pay a yearly fee to act as a FTNX agent under license, representing the new competing exchange in where once goods are sourced they can be listed on the FCE to attract end buyers using other form of currency other than the troublesome USD$. Should the agency grow rapidly , FTNX will leave the regional Victoria, to return to its city base to administer the agency to a full administrative concept. We need our own rules to guide the business of trade. FTNX will allow one year before deciding if the agency concept is to progress to a full administrative concept. Current USCT members will find information in the FTNX library in mid December 2025, before changing the library passwords for the 2026 trading year. The FTNX website will also be change to reflect the new agency aspect. In other words the FTNX FCE agency concept will become an formal entity directing third party traders worldwide in the nature of business being applied .Safe trading applies safe rules and practice; without it we will return to the bad old days when anything applied, at the expense of participants - who should have known better.
