• FTN Exporting can not accept general buy/sell inquiries from suppliers or end buyers 2026 unless very large contract is envisaged.  
• When contacting FTNX please ensure any supporting PDF is served with appropriate text in email;  
• We read all emails eventually. We cannot reply to all emails,(impossible to do) as too many enquiries are being advised to FTNX daily. 
• We will only service reply via email to appropriate and relevant subject matters.We have become very busy in 2026 as such FTNX can only be contacted by email.
• www.ftnexporting.com is our educational division from 2026 and is the old website from decades ago ; so old that it cannot accept SSL certificate .
• FTNX.net is our private trading website from 2026 onwards as used by licensed USCT members.
• We have moved from the City office to Bacchus Marsh Victoria. No visits to workshop or office without an appointment.
• Due to the huge numbers of enquiries at any given time, no phone number nor postal address served online. 
• All business contact matters are served on documents when business at contract stage is evident on large long term transactions only.
• Standard information about the FTNX investment project ZEHEDBIKE is made available on the FTNX site from time to time .
