USCT Unlicensed Members (UUM) with a standard eagle  logo as  issued by FTN Exporting 2016 onwards may ask for a new single  passcode via email which  will open  a limited number of relevant documents,  as marked, to serve insight and educational  matters, in association with our long standing educational site via  ftnexporting.com No participation in live deals allowed by an UMM. If FLA Agents name and email address appears on the FCE, UUM members may seek attachment with one FLA as an ISS member only at discretion of the FLA/PA.  

USCT FCE Licensed Agents taking up the License in 2026 (FLA)  are members of the  FCE via FTNX.net and conduct business for the FCE as per its basis on behalf of the Principal of agency FTN Exporting. A new  FLA eagle logo will be served to all agents.  Licensed members  will receive a full set of passcodes to access all  documents including  those bearing a live  transactions, as  found in the  FCE Library in 2026. FLA registration form using current standing passcode to open the pDF when listed must be filled in when it appears in the library late December 2026 onwards.PDF will provide full details .
