• When contacting FTNX please ensure any supporting PDF is served with appropriate text in email or no reply will be forthcoming 
• We read all emails eventually. We cannot reply to all emails,(impossible to do) as too many enquiries are being advised to FTNX daily. 
• We will only service reply to appropriate and relevant subject matters
• www.ftnexporting.com is our educational division from 2025 (FTN Exporting). FTNX.net is our private trading website from 2025 onwards
• We have moved from the City office to Bacchus Marsh Victoria. No visits to workshop or office without an appointment.
• Due to the huge numbers of enquiries at any given time, no phone number nor postal address served online. 
• All business contact matters are served on documents when business at contract stage is evident on large long term transactions only.
• Standard information about the FTNX investment project ZEHEDBIKE is made available on the FTNX site from time to time .

Supplier or end buyer please read FTNX site intently before contacting us. All the main aspects pertaining to procedures  have been served as an insight to suppliers and end buyers world wide, as we extend the educational aspect accordingly.  We are a private independent entity and have no affiliates world wide. If the FTNX name appears  in a mailing list, then presume it is a false representation.  We prefer to be advised by a USCT member serving a buyer or supplier but will accept direct inquiries from suppliers or end buyers in need of particular product  on a revolving basis. Our procedures are clearly prescribed and must apply as a matter of added security.
