USCT member asks: Is it sill O.K to accept DLC from CHINA?
July 13, 2022: Until further notice we recommend as a matter of prudence, that DLC for payment of goods from China be issued as confirmed; as confirmed by a corresponding bank in USA, U.K , Australia, EC or other top 200 ranked bank of the world . No confirming or corresponding bank associated with Russia allowed.

FTNX Could you elaborate further on above question?
So a PCT in Canada sells USA corn to China expected payment instrument is from the Bank of China and confirmed by the Royal Canadian Bank Canada (at its counter or into account of PCT) with all transfer and corresponding fees from China to Canada for the account of the Buyer. The PCT now presents at sight the required clean transport documents to Royal Bank Canada to initiate the PCT payment process as per FTN Exporting Doctrine. Canadian bank is reimbursed by Chinese bank and therefore if the Canadian bank is reluctant to confirm the DLC from China on a straightforward deal, the PCT knows that the Canadian bank is not truly confident that reimbursement of payment from China will be readily forthcoming. It’s just too risky with current tensions for a PCT to forward presenting documents from its own bank in lets say in USA to a Chinese bank at this time, due tho their belligerent actions (South China seas, Taiwan, Russia, Australia. etc.) This method will at least test if leading bank still trust Chinese based banks. A PCT cannot bear risks like perhaps a large multi-national company can and as such may not agree with above aspect- nevertheless this is the strictest and safest option of which we must ultimately always practice or no deal is possible may be assumed.

PCT asks? Is trading in Crude oil O.K in 2022
Not impossible but its a very difficult environment for crude oil deals .PCT time is better spent sourcing refined fuels such as ULSD2 until years end is our recommendation.FTNX will let USCT traders know when the crude oil market becomes viable again. We'll post a new FTNX index accordingly.

Alternative procedures? for USCT members to use due to the Pandemic?
ALTERNATIVE TRADING OPTION
20 July 2022
No alternative trading procedure allowed, more so in these adverse trading period ( pandemic/war. etc.etc.) What is available is an option to trade in smaller lots. There is a lot of business to out there if we lower quantities sought outright. Until the market place returns to some semblance of normality we must assume , for at least the next few years that trading in commodities in smaller lots has now become a viable option as supplier are struggling to supply long term large revolving orders. SPOT market prices have become unreliable and make no sense, especially in the last year or so, in where speculation and unrealistic prices are rife. Using the internet also has also become a precarious issue, as scam artists are running amok in a period of time the social fabric of what society is meant to be, has collapsed, thanks to social media platforms. To trade in commodities today means sticking to doctrine of trade in a very strictly applied and safe manner with no room for compromise. FTNX will post an article for current USCT members in restricted form via the library describing how to make it easier for smaller end buyers to purchase revolving lots without the commitment of having to fork a DLC supporting value for the whole contract while remain firmly adhering to the FTN Exporting doctrine of trade. This will allow many smaller suppliers to enter the market place while allowing end buyer to secure long term supply contract without the threat of breaching the contract if the whole contracted quantities are not taken. The advance trading options will be posted in the FTNX library August 2022. The FTNX USCT exchange board will also return, now that we understand the nature of this 'new' peripatetic market palce–to guide current USCT members.

Fake force majeure called by Russia
FAKE FORCE MAJEURE
20 July 2022
Gazprom has just issued a force majeure notice on several European LNG buyers, in a move that may signal it intends to keep supplies at home as a method to punish Europe , noting Russia’s power on the region’s energy supply sector. Force majeure is called when an unforeseeable event takes place; alas what Putin has done was very foreseeable. Even matters of repairs and breakdowns ( as he has claimed) are foreseeable if workers fail to do their job correctly. A breach of contract and not force majeure is now apparent.LNG has become a weapon. FTNX has had an influx of fuel offers from Russia this week as offered by very naive ill informed traders who don't even know that sanctions are in place. Strange to think that Russia wants to acts act diplomatically by citing a force majeure trade and contract aspect in one hand , while murdering civilians in Ukraine in the other-together such aspects are a sign of weakness. I think Putin now realises that he is in deep trouble and that he has placed his country in deep trouble. I think he knows that his days are numbered .

Are freight rates coming down?
BACK TO PRE COVID TRADE
23 July 2022
Freight prices are coming down for 20ft/40ft FCL carriage.A general route of 3000 Nm for a ship travelling at 14 Knots taking ten days ocean travel time has come down to around (per FCL) USD$ POL US$ 755 +Freight US$ 1355+POD US$ 1355 (US$ 3465.00 in Total ) where a drop in rates of around 40 percent has become apparent on last years carriage rate, as the industry struggles to regain lost ground. Drop in commodity prices are also being recorded. Whether or not this downturn can be sustained is hard to guess as the Russian war factor and crimes committed therein by Putin remains a sticking point as its tattered army continues with the indiscriminate slaughter of Ukraine civilians.

RUSSIA sells crude oil to INDIA
RUSSIAN CRUDE OIL
24 July 2020
Up to 6 medium size vessels (80-100,000 MT) carrying ESPO crude oil have been purchased by the state owned Indian Oil Corp serving a US$33.00 per barrel or more discount on Brent prices . Because of the ocean distance from Kozmino to Paradip India, usually such a purchase have been deemed as unviable in the past. The huge discount has enticed India to buy more ESPO crude oil than is would normally do, which is usually sold to the China via the China Russia ESPO pipeline at EXW. FTNX offered ESPO crude oil pre Covid, to India carrying a US$ 25.00 per barrel discount which India claimed they could not purchase due to Federal reserve bank not endorsing such a purchase; it seems that the same lame excuse used back then does not apply now .It seems that India will deal with criminals and mass murderers- if the price is right." India is sleeping with dogs as such India can expect to catch fleas - in the future, and bear consequences of their own doing accordingly .' Then we have Russia signing a grain deal with Ukraine? What nonsense is this ? As if Russia can be trusted to honour any such deal. Buyers of such ought to check the quality of such wheat and ensure a certificate clearing the grain from nuclear radiation /contamination is current. I would not put it past Putin lacing such grain with “nuclear dust’ as secured from the closed Chernobyl nuclear reactor. Russia is now stealing all the manufactured steel it can get from within storage facilities in Ukraine. Russia has become a miserable 'scab.'

IS TRADING BACK TO PRE COVID STATUS ?
Is Trading in Commodities back to Pre Covid Status ?
6 August 2022
In 1991, directly due to Mt Pinatubo volcano exploding, a real ‘shift’ in climate on Earth did occur (advice: NOAA USA) and yet ostensibly nobody knew any better. The effect was so great that the Earths temperature dropped by up to 1.5 degree over 14 months. The Hung Tonga Volcanic explosion (2022) in the South Pacific was the biggest volcanic explosion ever recorded; causing a massive amount of water and debris to become trapped in the upper atmosphere. Hence logic dictates adverse weather and climate conditions will follow this explosion as well, and with it floods and rain will follow in the southern hemisphere (and globally) for 20 months or more, as all that water / debris 'must eventually come back down; as will temperatures drop during the same period. '( albeit Climate change alarmists will surely see things differently and call such adverse weather event an El Nina event) Add to this one pending adverse weather event, a global pandemic, sanctions, Inflation, the current war in Ukraine (and USA stirring China up on matters of Taiwan which in fact was in the past and thus still is today Chinese territory) the business of trade continues to thrive even as freight rates, insurance, fuel costs surge; while a shortage of vital commodities and ships is apparent. Even Europes cargo traffic in the Rhine river has been effected as water levels fall. A PCT securing a wanted product today will generate huge gross profit earning; however to secure such goods among a whole host of adverse events; it has become considerable harder ( but doable) to secure such wanted goods– as the line of end buyers increase. The business of import export must continue.Any informed PCT will tell you that securing suppliers pre Covid was never any easy feat anyway therefore to the perspective of the informed PCT, the situation is not ideal, however the nature of business remains viable and strong. Earthlings need to prepare for adverse weather events until the end of 2023.

CAN WE DEAL IN SCRAP METAL
SCRAP HMS1 HMS2
11 Aug 2022
It's problematic on many fronts to deal in mixed metal scrap.. Deal In steel rail tracks, or crushed aluminium cans - perhaps shattered cast iron scrap metal..etc.etc Dealing in an actual named scrap product is a far safer and better approach than simply trading in scrap metal in general ( magnetic or non magnetic). The promises made by the seller as it relates to the quality of scrap metal HMS 1&2 often have not been correctly stated, and have produced bad shipments and many arguments about description of goods- goods that could have bits of glass, rubber, plastic, and other undesirable metals etc..etc. included, often at a higher rate than claimed on the offer. FTNX will not trade in scrap metal after years of trying (and arguing/losing money) with end buyers and supplies, once stockpiles were delivered. Not suitable product for a PCT to trade in may be assumed.Note: Scrap steel (SS) will become the next 'big thing' as it produces up to 50% less carbon emissions than the iron ore processing aspect .SS also uses considerable less energy to produce new steel.16 August 2022 :Nickel will go through the roof in 2023 .Many people think lithium is the main material used in making EV batteries-when in fact over 90 percent of such batteries depend on Nickel Some coins made in part of nickel, may soon be worth less in face value than the actual content of nickel.Current Nickel values are hovering around the US$ 23,000 per MT EXW mark and will surpass US$ 30,000 when EV companies start to complain of Nickel shortages.

CHINA TENSION
CHINA TRADE
11 AUG 2022
I think many democratic countries have misread China because the one virtue that democratic countries uphold intently are laws related to protecting human rights; something that China has yet to (if ever) ‘master.’ Human rights is the one major area that needs a regional ‘middle of the road referee’ so that two parties can argue on matters of contention without using threats – while normal business prevail, for the benefit of both. A local convention is needed that addresses issues with China and countries located in the Southern part of the world, to be adjudicated by a convention - of its peers. I have no doubt that China could have taken Taiwan by now ; but they didn’t. I have no doubt that China could have taken the Solomon Islands as well ; but they didn’t. I have no doubt that China could have assisted Russia much more than it has; but it didn’t. We need to understand China better. Mutual understanding about human rights in China are contentious issues that democratic countries are simply unable to turn a blind eye to; nor should they serve opinion about. Australia and indeed USA, as per current democratic principals are struggling to serve its citizens especially when it comes to policing, medical care, housing and education. The current said government and underlying virtues that we live by would be unable to cope serving 1.4 Billion people. Our way of government could not serve 1.4 billion people; a yet we serve un-solicited opinions about how a government should run its country. A lot of ‘controls’ would be needed to provide 1.4 billion Chinese citizens, an air of security. I think democratic countries especially those with smaller population ought to get off their high moral horse, and learn how to bow a little before judging China on matters of human rights - just a little! This one act will go a long way in repairing the damage made to a long standing friendship of a prosperous Australia. As for Taiwan? “Ill make it simple.” Has Taiwan benefited from ongoing Chinese financial support for developing infrastructure like hospitals, schools, roads.etc..If the answer is ‘Yes” then it’s here the correct answer to the Taiwan dilemma can be fairly gathered. Likewise! Does Taiwan pay income taxes to the Chinese Government? If the answer is no, then Taiwan is indeed an independent sovereign. If China does not like such an aspect, then they ought to have done something about it 50 years ago, not now. If Taiwan infrastructure has been financially served by mainland China ? In this case, Taiwan needs to remember how to bow-just a little as well. The perception of independence is a better option than no independence at all. The quicker we can resolve such issues, the quicker the export business is able to return to some normality. If Australia once again rekindles it friendship with China quickly, the rest of the world will follow suite.

Could you give a better example of FCL light load?
20ft heavy FCL Vs 40ft FCL light load
16 Aug 2022
In one deal (2009) there were 12 boxes of large high quality goose feather pillows coming in at just under 6 metres long when laid against the 20 ft FCL wall.
The width equated to 4 boxes wide and height equate to 4 boxes high. The total number of boxes came to 192. I understood that these pillows would sell at US$ 25.00/30.00 per single unit at retail.
Each box contained 6 pillows ready for retail sale. The net cost at FCA was nearly US$ 6200.00. with freight including carriage and unloading the price came to US$8,400.00
The buyer complained that he needed at least 400 boxes. I told him we could squeeze 400 boxes in a 40 ft container, but the cost would be US$ 3100,00 more in associated freight including insurance .
The buyer accepted the offer. The 40ft FCL load was packed with 396 boxes on slip sheets. The total weight of goods was under 3 MT. The pillows were very light , but they took upon a lot of space.
A 20ft container may hold 20 MT; or 30 MT at 40ft, but a 40 ft container can be filled to the roof without coming near breaching load limits if the product is light. Once the PCT has dimension of goods it can work out how many units and thus weight applies per FCL. A 20 ft FCL of 2 MT bagged dried harcourt beans will allow 10 bags to fit, for the total weight of 20 MT. It may be uneconomical to ship 30 MT of the same product in 40 FT contained, especially if port weight limits have been breached in where excessive lifting /port charges are applied on import. Pillows on the other hand were economically viable to ship in a 40 FT container because of the light weights involved.

RUSSIA Continues Exports to USA
RUSSIA Continues Exports to USA
26 Aug 2022
Plywood, aluminium rods, rubber, radio active materials and other imports worth about a billion dollars per month pour into the USA Port of Baltimore - imports emanating from Russia, and yet as an Australian citizen I am banned from doing business with Russia – because it unlawfully invaded Ukraine. I don’t understand these double standards and I don’t understand how America is delivering pain to Putin by buying billions of dollars worth of products monthly from Russia . I have always stated that applying sanctions to a country is the wrong application, as it unfairly stops people ‘from gainful employment.’ It seems that, “What’s good for the goose , is not always good for the the gander.” One needs to question such decisions, A country like America also needs to lead by example. I don’t get why a nation of people won’t ban guns, and choose to elect an ignorant malcontent president and traitor like Trump, gets on its ‘ pale horse of democracy’ to preach about civil rights, freedom and equality in one hand while feeding the hand of treachery and murder in then other. I think unbridled aspects of ‘ multi culturism ‘ and the pursuit of money is destroying the moral compass of America. Too many different views , made by too many factional groups all vying a different agenda will cause the ‘Sword of Damocles’ to fall upon a great nation hell bent in destroying itself, in a sea of green. When parasites invade a host , the demise of the host becomes eminent . I think it’s important that a country like America not only upholds the rule of law, but is perceived to be doing as much– by others , who think less of such virtues. “ if Americans insist on fishing in dirty water, then it will need too bear the consequences of handling dirty fish–alone .” My bank will not accept a DLC from a Russian buyer because of US sanctions- while USA imports Russian goods–big time. Strange indeed!

ZERO EMISSIONS HUMAN ENERGY DEVICE (ZEHED) UPDATE
ZEHED BIKE UPDATE
26 August 2022
ZERO EMISSIONS HUMAN ENERGY DEVICE (ZEHED) Bike using our invented Rotary Capacity Motor has now been attached to the ZBIKE frame ready for Phase 1 testing. Currently 4 minutes of energy held in reserve when used, takes 6 seconds to replenish by the Sun (day) and 9 seconds by peddle ( night). The electric motor used is rated at 2500 RPM at 26 Amps /250 watts /12 Volts DC. In theory (until proven otherwise) the ZBIKE can be powered perpetually on a sunny day-without the need of a single battery. No products from China has been used to make the ZBIKE to date.

THE STATE OF WORLD TRADE
STATE OT TRADE
29 August 2022
Artemis project in where the USA is sending the largest unmanned rocket into space, is set for take off tonight. The amount of fuel on board will burn and create emissions equal to at least 100,000 V6 petrol driven cars travelling a distance of 100 kilometres - in 5 minutes, and yet climate change alarmists (CCA) are nowhere to be seen or heard. Whatever purpose this launch serves, is beyond me to comprehend. I’m sure some big list can be created showing us all why this mission is ostensibly important. We have Serbia and Albania on the brink of war, and Pakistan is underwater, while China amid the Covid turmoil and drought at home, feel they need to conduct war games near Taiwan or with Russia, at the same time Russia is trying to take control of Ukraine by blowing up a nuclear plant. In Australian the breaking daily headlines is often to do with football, gay rights, equal pay, house prices or politicians arguing among themselves, while Australians pay the highest amount of taxes, of any country. The whole world is “up shit creek” while we’ll all need to also look forward to more famine, bushfires and drought – as we all convert from using coal and gasoline to favour the idiotically inspired solar and electric car industry - an industry which has and will continue to create bigger emissions than ever before, an industry which favours China intently. How far we have come with using cleaner gasoline and coal, and as usual, right at the line, such technology is being dumped to favour an inferior substitute. As for International trade matters - lets not get started on this one issue, that also needs immediate action. New ports and a new way of delivering goods are desperately needed now. Our banks and supermarkets have unethically made record breaking profits, unlike any time in recent history while consumers are paying through the nose for everything - citing issues to do with Covid, Ukraine, delayed deliveries and reduced supply. The consumer continues to be played, while others make a fortune on our back. The art of deflection is a skill set going back to Ancient Rome; when the people have no food, given them a show. Artemis will do just that. The efforts made in such space adventures may benefit a very small group of humans in 500 years time. But how about today! Where has humanity gone.

WHAT ARE D/A AND D/P PAYMENTS
D/A: DOCUMENT ACCEPTANCE 45/60/90 Days
30 August 2022
Due to delays in export deliveries; which will continue for another 2 years ( if no other global event occurs) there is a need to lessen the blow for end buyers, of the financial burden they need to bear when importing much needed commodities. A method to assist the end buyer and induce such to take a larger order than first sought, the experienced PCT could attempt to offer to sell secured goods applying a delay on when actual payment is collected by the supplier. The aspect to apply such deals is to offer a payment option under the D/P or D/A processing application. D/P stands for ‘Deferred Payment’ whereas D/A stands for “Document Acceptance” which are both universal bank payment aspects. In effect, a DLC is opened to purchase goods, in where the documents are sighted as clean but not accepted until the deferred period has expired ( Documents are ‘accepted’ now in where payment is deferred for the agreed upon period i.e DLC D/P 60 Days). For instance D/A at 45 days day, means that; 45 days after delivery the supplier is automatically paid by its bank for goods delivered cleanly 45 days prior. The irrevocable aspect of the DLC assures payment will still eventuate once the deferred period has come to an end. This aspect allows an end buyer to buy goods , sell goods and reimburse its bank from the gross sale of such goods. In effect a credit worthy corporate end buyer has paid for goods using the banks money. The PCT is allowed to charge an interest rate on the i.e: 45 days it waited for payment which is incorporated as a separate entry on the sellers invoice. If the DLC is lodged once the contract is signed, as confirmed, the bank of the seller could advance the payment to the seller/supplier when delivery has concluded at a discount, in where the end buyers bank reimburses the sellers bank - 45 days later. It a more expensive aspect of doing business, in favour of convenience of being able to sell such goods first and pay for them later. These sort of deals are only suitable for PCT’s who have studied the doctrine and have good experience at trading for a year or more. A template in DOCX format will be made available in the library for personal use by 2022 registered USCT members in early September. Those attached with, or supported by FTNX as agent, will receive an active version when a relevant deal is apparent. The D/A or D/P application is used when a potential deal initially fails in where as a last resort the deferred payment application is offered at 45 days. The maximum deferred period that a PCT could offer is set at 90 days.In 2023 FTNX will be issuing D/P and D/A applications often. Ideally the supplier gives the PCT the same consideration as to the deferred period, but if the credit is confirmed , the PCT can also benefit from discounting the DLC immediately as well, albeit at a lesser gross profit earning.

CRUDE PRICES TO SOAR
CRUDE OIL TO RISE
1 Sept 2022
Crude oil prices are at a lull, nevertheless crude oil prices will hit US$ 200.00 per barrel within six months as declared by FTNX in March 2022. Saudi Arabia is flushed with cash; they have so much cash, they don’t know what to spend it on next. In the earlier years of trading, crude oil allocation from a Saudi Prince (Thousands of people in KSA carry the title of Prince) did appear once in while. Today KSA crude oil suppliers will not entertain end buyers let alone highly informed PCT’s. KSA is also heavily investing in other energy based projects. KSA only needs to slow output, to increase crude prices automatically, along with the by-products derived from such. KSA will slow crude output–at will in the near future hence ; human induced scarcity of a product is the basis of future spot pricing applications. As for the Ukraine war; China and USA cannot wage a war without crude, unlike Putin who has a lot of crude, supporting an inferior army and equipment. One dumb move by Putin and escalation will eventuate to which crude oil prices will again soar. Then we have the Electric Car Pendulum (ECP) which currently sits on the side of crude–for now. As the ECP moves closer to the centre of its swing, so will the price of crude oil proportionally rise. At the tipping point , when there are more Ev’s than gasoline drive cars, the price of crude will head toward the US300.00 per barrels mark and beyond.Pound for pound there is still nothing than can replace the energy produced by crude oil add to this the idea that the use of EV’s could still collapse into one big huge mess, I think its too early to call the end of fossil fuel use. Many more issues are apparent for now, the idea that crude oil use is in decline is simply a myth. To trade in crude oil and refined fuels today the PCT must secure long term supply today, and be ready ti sell such goods when price hikes become evident - tomorrow. The days of big discounts are quickly fading, The PCT must be in the position to offer Crude oil at a fixed price, when such products become hard to secure or scarce. The more scare a product becomes, the higher the price buyers are prepared to pay; the higher buy price offered to the producer, the more interest to look at what a PCT is offering is also the trading premise of the future, for crude oil and refined products derived from such. I haven’t even mentioned the pandemic and the delays such is still able to cause in matters of future supply. FTNX virtual tank farm premise to be listed soon will test the idea of seeking allocation of crude oil and supporting refined products at a higher prices, for storing while we wait for the usual events that will cause prices to soar and product scarce .

Her Majesty, The Queen
9 SEPTEMBER 2022
My Queen is dead. Her Majesty will be personally missed by myself and there majority of Australians. "Long live the Queen-in sprit, in our minds and in our hearts." Native Australians ( and those in some other countries) have yet to understand that respect works both ways; respecting people of a grieving nation, in not the same as respecting the Queen. I have consoled people who have lost a loved one , who I barely knew in an act of empathy. In such cases I am serving my respects to the person grieving a loss , and not the person who has passed away. Some Australian Aborigines and supporting ABC news channel In Australia seem not to comprehend such a perspective, and yet Australians are required to respect such 'prehistoric tribes and cultures' without question for fear of being tagged a racist. 250 years ago Aborigines were treated poorly by colonists (or so its said); as for " invasion" that's nonsense, talk propagated by those testing the virtues of democracy to its limits, thinking perhaps that a republic may serve them better. Actually, a republic will serve the needs of such people less. I don't know any Australian who 250 years old! To blame current citizens for crimes committed in another era, is a flawed premise. I don't know any aborigine, where a hundred different languages are spoken ( not dialects), who has a connection to what happened at Cooks landing while exploring of Australia. All I know is that The Queen who has been a part of my life for nearly 70 year has died, and that respect is paid to Her Majesty the Queen has duly earned, regardless or race, colour or creed. All native Australians want the same respect without earning it. I also think that the doctrine of Terra Nullius ruling in the High Court, served no tangible purpose and was incorrectly prescribed. " One cannot negotiate with natives of country who do not have a sovereign , leader, or head of a clan or tribe. The doctrine of " Terra Nullius" could be argued to mean ' Nobody's land' which could also be specified as "Nobody" is in charge. There was no invasion, nor was a representative apparent of the peripatetic people roaming the land at such a time; that Cook could have engaged with or negotiate terms of settlement with - is also a fact. Either we are all equal, as it stands today under democratic principles we all live by in Australia - or we are not; a principle by the way that's not endorsed under the auspices of running a country as a republic, but as endorsed by a constitution, that yet need to be developed fully in Australia. To change a constitution just to make an adverse situation 'fit' at will, is only serving the attributes of a left wing Government. Respect works both ways. The first step to equality is by ensuring that Colour play no roles in it virtues. The terms racism, in my books, does not exist. I do not have to like a person; all I need to ensure is that the people I don't like are treated equally as I am. " I may not like a person or group of people due to the way they act , but I will fight to the end in defending their rights." I am not a racist, but I feel I have the right to express my opinions that many in Australia agree with- without fearing of being tagged as such. This is what the auspices of Democracy offers.

OOPS! CHINA AND RUSSIA MEETING.
CHINA and Russia
16 September 2020
When two alpha dogs face off; there is always only one winner. President Xi Jinping knows how to keep his enemy that’s got a lot of cheap crude oil to offer-close. President Xi is not Putin. Russia is not a country like China. Taiwan was not attacked by China as so many suggested would happen, only a month ago., nor has Russia used nuclear weapons. The media has a lot to answer for ‘creating news’ beyond the truth. China has not supported Putin militarily either. Over the years I have developed the skill of reading many people via emails, even without seeing them personally. Putin does not trust President Xi, neither does the President Xi trust Putin. President XI Jinping and the people of China has always contributed to the world economy and global peace, Putin has not and has always been looked upon as a trouble maker. The ‘big’ meeting held between the two, and televised on T.V makes this aspect of mistrust obvious to any profiler. China is buying huge amounts of crude oil from Russian at 30/40 dollars per BBL under spot market rates. A motive of friendship under such terms, won't last long. As stated in 2013 on this site , Crude oil will be around beyond 2035 as a much wanted product, even in the face of people taking up EV’s globally. The fact of the matter is this; cars are not the issue causing immediate concerns about climate change(if any) because most petrol driven cars do not emit much carbon compared to 30/40 years ago. Furthermore , once clean solar energy is attached with batteries ; it's all over , solar energy in no longer clean energy. I estimated that if all the cars in the world burned petrol for a year, the amount of carbon emitted would be equal to all the planes taking off and landing around the world in 7 days or is equal to all emissions large ocean carriers emit on the oceans, in 3 days . Whether these numbers are correct or not is not relevant ; what is relevant tis the perspective. Planes, trains, trucks, farm machinery and indeed ships and industries, will still need crude oil to survive into an uncertain future. Add to this the spectre of war always looking around the corner- the golden age of crude oil and fuel sales is also - just around the corner, as prices escalate artificially due to shortage of supply rather than shortage of product, President Xi is a pragmatic leader; he is no fool. He knows which side his bread is buttered on, unlike Putin who needs a mirror to look into every morning to convince himself that ‘he’s the man.’ Putin is a billionaire and thief, detached from the reality of the crap he is swimming in. He has no idea how to govern a country let alone an army.Putin is not cut from the same cloth as President Xi has been clearly proven, and President Xi does not like losers. Putin will make another stupid move soon that's going to cost him dearly. For my Russian friends who are able to read this post; get the word out, amass in the streets and grab Putin out of his hole- and try him for war crimes; in true socialist style, before he'll send your children to be slaughtered in a war with Ukraine; an enemy of Putin's doing. He tried to illegally invade another country and he failed. China is more concerned over Australia acquiring a idiotically inspired nuclear submarine; than it is with Putins war or friendship, even though nuclear subs will becomes obsolete in less than 15 years, as a new piloted 4 crew (Aquanauts) or even un-crewed small ultra fast and cheap ‘Sub killers’ become evident. China I believe is not the immediate threat to the rule of law and order as China has benefited greatly from its application, Putin is - Let us not lose focus on the fact that the media will continue to serve us all BS reports disguised as news. Currently Nasa has found 20 planets like earth in the last 2 years, an ice glacier will fall into the ocean this month, El Nina weather event will continue for the next year as oceans are rising, etc.etc. and the BS keeps on rolling on and on

PUTIN IS GOING TO KILL RUSSIA
PUTIN IS GOING TO KILL RUSSIA
1 OCT 2022
Putin first illegally invaded Ukraine, it then held an illegal scam election in 4 regions in Ukraine , and claimed the 4 regions as Russian territory. This is how Putin’s logic works. The man is really dumb. What is more frightening is to think that Putin might use nuclear weapons, not because of the damage he will wreak on other countries, but the fear is that poorly maintained nuclear facilities will ‘blow up’ nuclear weapons if activated - over Russian territory killing its own people.Russian are in trouble; many loyal Russian patriots don't know the real story- that Putin is a loser. Nobody in the world will recognise the 4 territories it has taken by force and intimidation.Putin has done this to stall for time. He is trying to shift focus. I know that some of my Russians friends are reading this post as such I suggest they take heed, pass the word around and drag Putin by the neck onto the street in a coupe, before its too late. By doing as much , peace will return to Russia quickly, as the Russian people cannot be blamed for creating such a cretin and peasant like Putin - to rule their country. How can Russian be a part of the U,N security council is also another question that needs to be answered by the U.N. In the mean time, CIF deliveries to any county near ‘Russia’ will attract a very high insurance premium nearing 8% of goods value. Getting rid of Putin may even revive an ailing world economy.

THE END OF PUTIN
THE END OF PUTIN
12 Oct 2023
It is presumed that a nuclear war would destroy the planet and therefore is also presumed that Putin will not use nuclear weapons as it will destroy his much loved Russia. Mutual assured destruction (MAD) is the supporting rhetoric of such a scenario. Reflections attested to in life are also reflective in war. There is one scenario, that most ‘experts’ have not even mentioned. The much lauded ‘fight or flight’ response often talked in western thinking is predicated on fear. The person running away and the person standing up to an aggressor have one common theme; both sense fear. Putin does not need to use nuclear bombs, to intimidate Ukraine , NATO or the USA. It only needs to use ONE nuclear bomb to which Ukraine would have no choice but to capitulate and in where as per the current position, NATO and the USA after assessing that only one bomb was used, would do exactly what they are doing now - nothing, because the full aspect of MAD remains the main threat and therefore the ‘fear’ remains in place. The people of Russia needs to overthrow Putin with a show of force unlike ever seen before and Ukraine needs to bring the battle over the Russian border as this is the only aspect that might stop Nuclear weapons being used– on Russian territory and people. Global trade is still ‘on shaky ground, inflation and fuel costs are soaring, as consumer world wide are being ripped off and conned liked no other time in history ( e.g: Solar panels do not equal to cheap electricity- the price of electricity in Australia has tripled in one year as more and more panels are used, the higher the cost of usage electricity) ; as the world heads into a clear and certain future– if this war is not stopped soon.

FREIGHT RATE ARE FINALLY FALLING
SHIPPING RATE FALL
13 OCTOBER 2022
40FT FCL which attracted up to US$ 20,000 carriage rate during the Covid 19 pandemic, have now quickly commenced to fall back down to around US$ 6000.00 for the same scenario, with carriage prices continue to fall. Like wise for bulk commodities as ships look for more business. This in effect means imports may become cheaper causing prices for consumer goods to also slide - which in effect will assist in bringing inflation down, as commodity trading picks up pace accordingly in 2023 which will deliver the most busiest trading period since 2015. 2023 is going to be a very busy year for commodity deals.

FTNX USCT and SPCT SERVICES:CURRENT RATES FOR 2023
IPG SERVICE;FTNX CURRENT SERVICE RATES 2023
15 October 2022
Intermediaries in a string deal delving with an outside principal, who are looking to secure an independent third party paymaster and/or TRA supported commission pay order on a deal they are working on may direct their principal to get commission pay order issued by FTNX or an FTNX endorsed USCT or SPCT member.Such an independant entity may also be secured to act as final paymaster. In doing so FTNX or said current registered member offering such a service will first conduct due diligence on the supplier or principal seeking such a service. If due diligence is satisfied, FTNX member may Issue current IPG to string members on behalf of the disclosed principal heading the deal, with no added liabilities or assurances served against the member who is simply supervising the issuance of an IPG. If findings are adverse, a report will be advised to which the service sought will be declined. The principal furnishes details of each string member including email address and rate being protected-by email.FTNX endorsed current member then issues to each string member a FTNX IPG. The nature of business thereafter ends and reverts back to the string and the principal they are dealing with. Should the FTNX member also be required to supervise actual payment to each member as paymaster the principal will be asked make a lump sum payment to FTNX or its member, who in turn pays out the required sum to each IPG holder, once each delivery is completed, less a service fee equal to 5.0% of the actual payment value made to each string member ( 5.0% is deducted from each string member being paid- e.g: US$ 10.00 per MT value is the payment rate, then the paymaster secures US$0.50 cents per MT value from each share paid).
To issue an IPG: The current service rate per each string member, as paid by the principal is: US$ 125.00 ( eg: 4 string members are being covered cost is US$ 500.00)
If the IPG states: ‘Paymaster acting on behalf of disclosed principal’ is also being conducted by the endorsed member; 5.0% of each payment value is deducted to supervise such payments.
To act as administrator/supervisor or referee on a live deal ( both parties use independent SPCT/USCT member to close a deal) where one side never meets the other side Cost: US$2800.00 for a live deal that must conclude within one month plus 2.55% commission share of total available commission value
Servicing of an import export trade issues/question :@ 500 words via email as serviced to an intermediary, supplier or end buyer : Cost : US$150.00
Servicing an expert trade/litigation/ criminal/POCA/opinion to a law firm/lawyer/bank/ corporation: Only FTNX can service this aspect: Cost for this service indicated when enquiry about service sought is first rendered via email.
Please Note: Services above are well suited for application by all USCT/SPCT endorsed members. The rate they may charge is a recommended aspect applied at the discretion of such members who may offer a discounted price for such services. If FTNX is personally and exclusively used for any current services indicated above; double the advertised rate applies.

CRUDE OIL AND FUEL SALES USCT
CRUDE OIL AND FUELS
25 OCT 2022
As we update COSI to add reflections of the past 2 years ( war and pandemic) the following advice regarding crude oil deals is aimed at SPCT and USCT endorsed traders. While trading in general commodities at VLBC /NBC remains a busy activity with plenty of deals at hand; this aspect changes dramatically when is comes to specifically trading in crude oil and refined fuels. FTNX has tested 12 offers for fuels and crude oil, in the last 7 months only to reject each one quickly as RF. Third party traders are offering barely anything worth considering with fake or unworkable offers they ply, while actual suppliers are hardly not responding even when higher prices are offered. This means looking to secure such goods with a discount is a waste of time. KSA has 'turned the taps off' to ensure crude oil prices remain high. To trade in Russian goods is not an option as most leading banks will not touch a DLC involving a Russian supply of refined fuel of Crude oil. If by some remote chance Putin was removed from office and the Russian Government returns to the modern world, then Russian sales could return quickly. Pre-historic Russia has chosen to return to the stone age, dragging the world with it using an army more akin to those used by a third world country. Putin dreams about the former USSR, because this is the era Putin and his cronies got rich by ripping off its citizens .The idea that once was the USSR was nothing more than a hell hole for many countries that were serving administration under the banner of the Soviet Union. Russia had set a course of self destruction. The gains made over the last 40 years have been wiped out. Russia can no longer be trusted to attract western business. Let us all hope that China steers its ship away from the surf and spray, to remain a major part of the civilised world by not dividing it like Putin has done. Let us not forget for one moment , China has prospered intently by enacting with Democracy , and the countries practicing such virtues. China will not kill the goose laying golden eggs. For all the mostly exaggerated adverse publicity out there about China, our concerns should be with Russia, because if it continues on the same idiotically inspired path of murder and mayhem, not even China, even by remaining on the sideline, can avoid the consequences of a world at war with Russia - this is where current path is heading towards and the end is neigh. Putin will make one more mistake and its going to be a big one. His version of prosperity is gained by threats , lies, stealing and treachery. PCT’s should be trading in general commodities or refined fuels such as D2 and keep away from actual crude oil sales for the next 4 months is our advice. We will review this situation in February 2023.

UN WANTS TO INTRODUCE NEW TRADE LAWS
THE U.N SUGGESTS MORE SANCTIONS
31 OCT 2022
The U.N in association with the EU ought to enact on matters that are important and refrain from making exaggerated claims. This omnibus of combined power and influence, is considering to introduce laws further banning the sale of exports from Russia; and products made from countries exporting such locally made products, made from Russia imported materials; e.g: imported iron ore from Russia and the products made from such as exported by ‘third parties’ in another country. A country not bearing sanctions with the U.N importing raw materials from Russia and converting such to produce end user products, would be unable to export such products under this new idiotically inspired laws being considered, because such ‘products’ were made from raw material imported from a country that has sanction in place with U.N. Really? I doubt if such laws can be introduced; nor can such laws be legally enforced– further describes how the U.N has it priorities addressed incorrectly. A human right and supporting laws therein cannot be used to tramp upon another set of human rights. The right for a person to ‘earn a living ‘ is a right of every human being on the planet; and here we have the U.N attempting to stop a whole host of innocent non complicit people including third party private traders from ‘earning a living.’ It seems that the body that is the U.N is a capricious entity, whose focus has eroded over time. It is an illegal act to stop a country not bearing sanctions, exporting locally made products, because it had made such products from raw material imported from Russia. Furthermore, as already observed under a previous precedent, an argument is available that could readily defeat such a law, if such laws are ever introduced. Raw materials, once converted to another product, has no bearing with the raw materials such products are made from. E.g: Uranium exported from Australia, does not mean Australia is responsible for all nuclear bombs created from such ore. The U.N really needs to ‘pull its finger out’ from the place where the sun does not shine, and return to the field of practice it once was highly praised and noted for. The U.N should return to administering humanitarian matters and stop making absurd claims. For instance, the absurd and duplicitous aspect that the UN has endorsed the EU claim suggesting that Europe is going to ban the sale of petrol cars by 1935. So the EU and many other countries, being led by example is going to ban the sale of new cars– but that does not mean that cars burning petrol will be banned? For the EU to make such an exaggerated claim means that the world will need to produce 100 million electric cars every year until 1935; which is not going to happen. The rhetoric that harbours the fog which is climate change, has blinded everyone and is destroying the world. In the face of COVID 19, War and now Inflation, Banks and Supermarkets are making huge profits unlike any other time in history. The lack of participation by banks to assist in making the world a better place for us all, is not evident. The EU and UN ought to spend their time making real efforts in making truly adverse events–manageable. They should not be involved in matters of pending climate change, that has been ‘pending’ overhead, like the sword of Damocles’, for over 60 years. Economically unviable countries such as Somalia is once again facing famine; children and people dying in filth laden dirt tracks like flea ridden rabid dogs – from a lack of care. This event should not be happening in 2022; and yet for as long as I can remember (at least 60 years) such devastating circumstances continue to exist. I estimate that the U.N must have received around half a trillion dollars in aid to help countries like Somalia over the past 60 years; and yet many people all over the world still live; to suffer in such squalor where even the very basic lack of elements such as cheap medicine, food and clean water - are causing a lot of people to die – daily. I propose the idea that all leading banks administering UCP DLC’s add 0.05% to the transfer aspect of such instruments, where banks collect such fees as endorsed under ICC, and forward collection to a special U.N agency whose only job is to establish infrastructure and provide provisions to all countries suffering the scourge of famine; a humanitarian agency devoid of politics, answerable to a higher authority. To do as much means that within 5 years countries such as Somalia are directed towards the road of self sufficiency. The UN practices a type of hypocrisy that professes human rights in one hand devoid of equality in the other. The UN and EU needs to return to the basis of why it was established in the first place. I don’t believe in God, but I can now see how a world without religion brings forth a world devoid of humanity–without religion, we would all live and die as ‘Somalians.’

BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION IS RIFE
BRIBERY AND CORRUPTION
3 Nov 2022
In the early days of trading FTNX butted heads with the emerging trading entity Clencore ; I didn’t like they way they were doing business back then and refrained form doing so ever since. A London court this week heard how Glencore and its agents repeatedly sought to bribe public officials. In one example on just how far Glencore had gone in securing products, an agent boasted how it had secured Crude oil form Equatorial Guinea’ state owned oil company after using local family connections to meet the country’s president to secure crude oil. In another example evidence was provided showing how around US$ 10 million dollars in cash was withdrawn to fund bribes in Africa on 25 separate occasions between 2012 and 2015. Glencore even used a private jet to carry $800,000 dollars to fund bribes in South Sudan. Glencore created business by using huge amount of money to pay bribes to secure products. Glencore has already copped a 1.1 Billion dollar fine in USA in 2017 for violation of bribery laws; the London court ought to fine Clencore even more as the conduct was blatant and inexcusable. Bribes catch up to you later rather than sooner. I have seen the effects of bribes and corrupt dealing first hand as the ugly side of this business has become apparent. FTNX has been offered large bribes on a number of accessions, which resulted in FTNX dropping the deal. The rule here is a simple one to understand, if you deal with corrupt people, you are dealing with dishonourable people and eventually dishonourable deals will catch up with you. In one case i worked on I recall how a trader has his bank account forfeited to the tune of 4.5 million dollars, which begs the question? What is the point of earning huge amounts of money on crooked deals, in were after ten years or more you lose it all defending yourself against fraudulent activities. You have in one hand highly trained informed professional commodity traders working within the rules of law attempting to secure much wanted products, with good and honourable intent and full transparency, competing against the likes of Glencore and others who pay bribes to secure the same products we are trying to secure honestly. Everyone is honest, that’s the face presented, when in fact so may officials are also corrupt. When a leader of country accept bribes for their own pockets, they are stealing resources from the citizens who own such. The entity offering the bribes and the entity accepting the bribes are equally guilty of criminal fraud, alas such leaders are hardly never charged with anything. It irks FTNX greatly when we hear about such events. An informed PCT needs to do a great amount of work to secure one single product honestly against the backdrop leaders in countries who have plenty of wanted products to offer but will only make an offer offer if there is something in it for them personally. A person entering politics especially those looking to head a government , should be financially scrutinised before taking up the position..The person taking up the position as well as their spouse and family members should also be scrutinised. When the person leaves office, the same scrutiny must take place. A person in government, passing on information to family members who then makes ‘ a small fortune’ from such inside information; sometimes using Government money as well, fall into the same category as those charged with corruption and bribes. To treat ‘citizens as sheep and a source of cash ’ should not be tolerated at any level. A person enters politics because they want to improve the living condition of the people it represents and not because they can scam the taxpayers purse for their own greed and benefit. A country will never improve it economic position when citizens place their trust in leaders, to do the ‘right thing’ when the opposite is true. A PCT can offer a supplier an incentive, on the condition that the incentive is clearly made in a transparent manner and that the incentive is earned as part of the deal process–and not as a cash handout ‘just to secure the product.’ There are honest suppliers out there unfortunately a PCT has to work even harder to secure such suppliers; nevertheless, the best satisfaction comes when a PCT closes a large commodity deal and earns a lucrative ongoing profit honestly ; there is no greater feeling of satisfaction in doing as much, the kind of satisfaction that crooked traders will never obtain, no matter how many dishonest deals they close. So many businesses have eventuated not because of hard work, but because many had conducted corrupt dealings in the earlier years in where illicit gains has created the ‘legitimate’ business they now proclaim , that others, who don’t know any better, later look upon as inspiring. Bribery and corruption makes the virtues applied to the so called ‘level playing field’ unbalanced. Persistence by PCT and by policing authorities worldwide who believe in the rule of law, is what allows us to trade safely and honestly.Corruption and bribery is the tool used by those who are unable to conduct business–in any other manner.

WHAT’S UP DOC?
WHAT’S UP DOC?
5 Nov 2022
China is in economic woes with a rising population and decline in exports and local developments, it seems China needs the west, no less than we need China, to lead the way into making this world a better place - for all of us. China has its tank farms ( seen and unseen) full of fuel; it also has the Eastern Siberian Pipeline providing Russian crude oil continually 24/7 at a discount; at a time when KSA suppliers have decided to wind down supply to ensure prices for crude oil remains high – for the rest of us. As soon as China finds its mojo, and ramps up its manufacturing base, fuel prices will skyrocket. China cannot afford not to invade a belligerent Taiwan, a country that produces some of the worlds most sophisticated electronic components. Taiwan must drop it belligerency and hold talks with China amicably to resolve the issue of sovereignty; failing to do as much will see the end of both Taiwan and China - as we know it. Achieving as much will immediately set the course in stabilising a world towards the road of renewed peace and prosperity. As for Russia, it has lost it place among giants, in disgrace. Putin will need to face criminal charges for war crimes ; meaning that, even if the Ukraine war stops tomorrow, a defiant Russia will not participate in such hearings, ensuring that tension between Russia , the EU and the USA remains high. China must see that being on the proper side of history has very little to do with a continual association Russia.Having said as much, Russia will not participate in war crime hearings; and just like now, no country will be able to do anything about.Ukraine needs to invade Russia; the closer they get to Moscow, the less likely Russia will launch nuclear weapons. Russia will need to capitulate and Putin must face war crimes; means the relationship between Russia and the rest of the world will take a long time to render and mend. Then we have the piss ant Nth Korea with its PC computers being used as desktop mission control intimidating Sth Korea with shitty technology and a standing army of 1 million starving military personnel rattling its sabre. It seems someone is supplying Nth Korea with jet and rocket fuel, while the rest of the country suffers terribly under a ruling despot and tyrant. Kim Jong Un is another stupid despot like Putin who thinks his country has relevance as some kind of superpower who is able to take on anyone including China; makes the hermit kingdom an added pest that needs continual observance and possibly put back into its little place, the monument one single rocket or plane fires upon allies of USA.Where does all this upheaval leave the PCT in 2023? First of all the PCT must refrain trading in crude oil and concentrate on securing refined fuels especially D2.There is a lot of exporting to be had and the world in need of agricultural products as well as finished metals such as aluminium and copper cathodes now serves insight where the 2023 market place is headed for the PCT. Sth American and Latin countries are going to boom ; this is the region worth testing intently for new products and new market place for PCT’s to test- along with the African continent. As for the USA? Let us put it this way without pretending otherwise, If it were not for the USA, where would the current state of the planet be? What would the world map look like?

COP 27 MAN MADE CLIMATE CHANGE NONSENSE
COP 27 Climate Change
21 Nov 2022
Just like the 2013 Climate change conference in Brisbane, Australia back in 2013, 9 years later the COP 27 meeting again produced plenty of hot air and nothing more ; as funded by taxpayers. Do we have a man made climate change as an existential threat or not ? Apparently the threat is so bad (albeit ( 9 years later nothing has changed) that the U.N thinks that all leading countries should contribute funds to help smaller countries cope with the effects of climate change. yep! The fact that leading countries have their own problems to do with weather, means nothing to the U.N. A meeting took place in Egypt among leaders in 2022, where the U.N came up with the idea that a transitional agency is needed to collect money so that the U.N can remedy small countries suffering the effect of ‘climate change.’ This aspect often means 90% of such funds is used for administration purposes and the employment of relatives of politicians, while the remaining ten percent actually goes towards ‘ repairing a few shacks’ on some remote island. U.N has collected money for over 50 years to help small countries like Somalia, feed themselves; today Somalia is facing another famine unlike any other time in history. COP 27 was about getting action applied on so called man made effects of climate change instead, they turn up at such a meeting with an agenda to seek funds to assist smaller countries with such changes. Australia is a low populated country; tens of thousands of people have been recently displaced by floods - Does Australia get financial assistance from the U.N? after all ‘everyone’ is stating that such floods are a direct cause of climate change, or do we assist an island nation sitting below sea level where time will claim back the island with or without climate change factor being applied. Could it be that this years devastating floods, is preparing the planet for years of drought? Anything to do with climate change cost billions of dollars to incept, while fossil fuels is being used un-abated. What next ? Let’s save the planet by ensuring everyone gets rid of gas stoves to favour cleaner electric stoves? Yep ! This is the latest idiotically inspired claim, where it has been suggested that using gas is worse than smoking cigarettes, to a persons health. ( as a leading Chef using huge gas ovens , in the earlier years, with over 500,000 cooked meals being produced- I should have been dead 4 decades ago) There is no “man made climate change” it is all nonsense, and there is no conclusive irrefutable evidence that supports it. Furthermore as the years roll on, it’s becoming evident that an ill conceived claim is apparent, fabricated by those with vested interests to support such claims. U.N statements made over a decade ago, suggest that ‘we are too late’ to do anything about said climate change back then. The same people who are preaching to us that climate change is upon us, do so while driving fossil fuel laden cars and planes, wear synthetic clothing and shoes and live daily a lifestyle heavily supported by fossil fuels and minerals; is the U.N suggesting we all return to the cave because in fact if there is a way to curb man made climate change, then the solution is clear - we all must return to the cave, dress in hides and animals skins, procreate when ever we feel like and eat berries all day. A Tiger with no teeth, is a Tiger with no bite.

UKRAINE AND CHINA
UKRAINE AND CHINA
29 Nov 2022
It’s just unacceptable. It’s bloody wrong that Russia is allowed to destroy Ukraine. Russian indiscriminate bombardment of Ukraine infrastructure must be halted by all those bleating countries who are doing nothing; watching like sheep, the destruction of a nation, by a murderous pig. Ukraine must now consider attacking Russia directly to make the Kremlin feel what it is like to constantly live in fear. Let be bombs explodes inside Russian territory and watch how quickly Putin is made to ‘vanish’ overnight. Don’t bomb the Russian people , but Russian infrastructure on a ‘quid pro quo’ basis. The Ukrainian must now bring the local war into Russia and to do so, will preclude the use of nuclear weapons on Russian soil. As soon as this war is over , prosperity will flourish in Europe and by default the rest of the world, as Ukraine is rebuilt. Likewise, China and its maligned zero policy Covid 19 laws need to be examined intently as the Chinese people are rising against communist rule and Government head by an ‘emperor.’ The people of China do not need a emperor they need to be treated in a ‘just and fair and equitable manner’ instead of being treated and herded like sheep – with Xi playing the role of “Bo Beep”. The people of China want the rule of law and they want Democracy. As these two economies return to the western fold, the business of trade will rebound unlike anytime seen in recent years.

EUROPE UP TO ITS TRICKS AGAIN.
EUPORE UP TO IT TRICKS AGAIN
30 Nov 2022
The biggest deception of all time is man made climate change; next comes the electric car. The greatest leaders of such deceptive commercial practices are the leading European countries, as directed by the U.N who are looking for ways to get their hand on a ‘big fist full of dollars.’ One of the last remaining aspects of freedom is the ability to drive a car. This liberty is now being slowly taken away thank to car makers out of Europe. Need your electric car to go faster? Perhaps in your country you may need added heat being produced by your car ? Drivers will need to pay subscriptions to activate added services in your new electric car is what the future holds for such drivers. Perhaps your car can be stopped at any time by police of even hackers and that your car can attract tolls and fines automatically; it can be tracked and it will ensure that the driver is always ‘not too far from home.’ Add to this the cost of repair and their demise of the auto mechanic while batteries and manufacturing of electric car do increase carbon emissions. Yep! The electric cars is the “gift that keeps giving” - to governments, and car makers as the freedom of driving a car is slowly being controlled and manipulated. In the latest recommendations some clown has suggested that all things ‘electric’ be sold with a replacement or use by date- as the ugliness of the European created business premise of ‘planned obsolescence ’ is also being revived. Electronic components are unable to readily be fixed ‘at home’ unlike when at its peak, solid state components were in use. I have a LCD clock , an electric knife, and an old metal cased electric drill , that are all working fine - 50 year later. We need to return to a place , where ‘ thing’ last longer are held longer, and can readily be repaired. Modern electronic and the electric car an offers the opposite premise.

RUSSIAN CRUDE CAP ON PRICE
RUSSIAN CRUDE OIL SALES
4 Dec 2022
Another lame attempt to curb Russian crude sales by capping crude oil prices at US$ 60 dollars per barrel was announced by the EU today. The price cap commence from 4 December 2022. The 27 members of the EU including the G6 have agreed to the price cap. This now means countries who do not have sanctions with Russia may only pay Moscow US$ 60.00 per barrel for Russian crude. This also means India and China get access to cheap crude oil while everyone else has to pay the benchmark price. How does a country like Australia or even USA consider returning to manufacturing consumer products locally , when one country pays much more for crude oil than our major competitors. To have an effect at this level the price should have been set US$ 30.00 per Barrel - or even better; a full embargo should have been declared and that anyone buying Russian crude oil is deemed to be supporting the murderous Putin regime. We need to get serious with the Kremlin and stop playing silly political games . All of us on this planet must also bear some of the losses by having to pay higher prices for such goods locally, once Russian crude is fully cut from the international market place. Pay more locally to get rid of Putin is a small price to pay, for the sake of humanity.

DISCOUNTING COMMODITIES 2023
DISCOUNTING COMMODITIES 2023
15 Dec 2022
Other countries should note what is happening in Australia concerning natural gas prices which has been hijacked by the increasing use of renewable energy using electricity. Natural gas prices have gone through the roof so much that the federal government is forced to introduce a price cap on locally produced natural gas being sold domestically, while export prices climb. The LNG companies have retaliated by declaring they may consider withdrawing supply locally. So LNG companies exploiting Australian resources , is threatening to only serve the growing export market. The LNG companies acting as sellers say that they heavily discount LNG prices to large users and commercial operations; when in effect the discount is actually drawn from the high base prices obtained from household users of LNG. The Government has now announced that small loans might become available for household to fully convert to electric hot water , heating and cooking devices; as if that’s going to solve anything and at best can only be deemed as a short term solution to an issue that will eventually effect electricity prices. The idea as announced by a state government that they will buy back the states electricity suppliers is a goods one; why was the state electrify supply ever sold to private operators in the first places, is beyond comprehension- Y The lure of money has created a situation where all utilities in Australia in highways (tolled) are privately owned - except water. My point? even before these gas wars started, and price were low ( pre 2018) Local LNG suppliers were always providing generous discounts to large commercial localised users of LNG, while getting high prices for exposed LNG. The export prices had offset such local discount on locally used LNG prices. Greed has now eliminated this perspective. In commodities , the more one buys the lower the bug price becomes; is a standing universally global- a long standing application and expectation.
FTNX will be returning to the base operational model in 2023, after spending 6 years testing alternative applications including offering higher prices for commodities, which did not work to increase supply. The aspect is conformed ; a revolving supply attracts better prices which has nothing to do with the spot market prices. The larger revolving aspect of the contract of supply, the lower the unit base buy price becomes, if a PCT cannot get better prices form one supplier on a revolving deal, dump the supplier and secure another. The PCT obtains an assurance of supply of a wanted p export product eg: 5 million MT over 5 years means, that the PCT will be able to resell such goods in smaller lots to a larger filed of customers. In 2023, besides the normal trading aspect of securing large revolving supply; as valid for 3 months , the use of the MOU will be demonstrated for product of supply as per ‘total quantity’ rather that revolving lots. An MOU is an agreement based of the abilities of the PCT, in where supply of a particular product is offered as a standing aspect for 1 year or more. The PCT signs an MOU with the supplier for a quantity of supply at discount. The seller (PCT) thens sells from this the allotment lot supply assured, in smaller lots, to its clients. The catch here is that a penalty will need to apply if the amount of goods assured under an MOU and subsequent offer is not purchased ( -/+ 10% tolerance factor ) in where the PCT may need to surrender part of its net profits earned to remedy an appease the supplier, who may have assured goods left over - that could have been sold elsewhere This adverse aspect will still generate a good overall benefit to the PCT who is prepared to work the deal to the end using a price mitigation aspect. Form 2023, FTNX will only consider large removing offers or allotments under an MOU where ofd offered have a clear discount apparent. The same applied for single FCL/ VLBC supply of goods. This leaves the on the SPOT market prices aspect to buyers of small singles lots. This discounted aspect applies to fixed or variable price applications being used. This aspect has already been tested intently since 1988 and works. FTNCX is not longer conducting ‘trading experiments’ and will revert to full orthodox trading aspects and securing discounted prices. There are many more suppliers today than any other period of time; no discount offered from one supplier, such is dismissed quickly to favour another. This aspect only works when the MAJORITY OF DISCOUNT SECURED IS PASSED ON TO THE END BUYERS, as already stated in our doctrine and TRIBE Rules of Association.

COAL SALES AND CLIMATE CHANGE
COAL AND CLIMATE CHANGE NONSENSE
18 Dec 2022
COP meeting in Brisbane Australia in 2013 was set at a time when Coal exports were at record breaking levels. COP 2022 has proven that nobody is in a hurry to save the world from doom. Global coal exports in 2022 has once again been broken, which is set to be broken again in 2023. The whole world has been turned upside down by scientists who still insist ‘we must all change our ways or perish’ as energy cost rise and corporations make record breaking profits. Australia now has a shortage of– wait for it ‘Potatoes ‘ and LNG prices have gone through the roof at a time where our state government has announces that it will use taxpayers money to buy storage batteries to prop up the energy grid as we convert to clean energy. No Gas, no Potatoes! - OMG what would Homer Simpson do! He would buy batteries and forget about eating fries for a while.? Apparently the senator proudly making this ‘big’ local announcement, stated that these batteries are able to sustain the population of 500,000 people for up to 3 hours in the event solar and wind farms don’t produce enough electricity. What the hell is ‘three hours of electricity in reserve’ going to do when a population of 5 million people in the City of Melbourne wake up on a winters morning with no electricity? This is what we can expect in the near future. It seems politician world wide are becoming ‘Simpsonites’ and that when a good idea is apparent, they just don’t know what to do with it. I’m reminded of a Simpson scene where Homer tried to build a simple barbecue in the back yard. We know how that turned out. What do we do with the massive amount of water that is set to flood a large part of the state in early 2023. I think I need to assist scientists to think about this question intently, because this one valuable resource is being wasted year upon year. Homer suggests; “If you place a dam on top of a hill with Duff Beer catchment attached, and let the BEER run down the hill through Hydro generators, where the BEER is captured via a dam at the bottom of the hill where wind and solar energy pumps a percentage of the BEER back to the top dam continuously, would produce very efficient way to generate lots of electricity for long periods of time. If Homer gets it, why not most politicians? Dahhhhh! Get a refund on those useless batteries and start working on such a project. Hope it helps all those small thinkers out out there. As for the rest of us. Coal, Crude and refined fuels will be highly sought after products in 2023 as prices will go through the roof for these commodities in years to come. Small EU countries bragging about using electric cars and other forms of clean energy should not be preaching about such aspects to countries like Australia or USA where long distance separate cities, nor should we ‘take notice’ of such ‘energy saving ‘ attributes. Each country has their unique needs and countries like Australia needs coal and they need refined fuels for many years to come; which should not create any issues contributing to matters of climate change; after all I have just proved that climate change and all the COP meetings to date , will only produce more ‘bodily emissions’ that coal could ever do. Coal furnaces can now be made to burn cleanly, and the best we can do is to buy dangerous batteries.

INSURANCE INSIGHT 2023
CIF FREIGHT INSURANCE
REPOSTED AND UPDATED : 29 DEC 2022
Corrected over time.
Shipping companies are in a fluster trying to reinsure vessels operating near countries, where war ( Oops ! I meant ‘Special Operations’) is present ( Ukraine) as Sumitomo Insurance Japan and others have announced that they will cease insuring Russian laden ships in the New Year ( 2023). In the same light, insurance premiums are set to rise at this time as well, which bring us to repost formulation used in applying CIF insurance coverage in accordance with Incoterms 2020 and applied as per FTNX universal TRA ( Tribe Rules of Association) trading policies.
(1) First of all remember CIP delivery is for Containers (FCL) while CIF is for bulk Non Break Items ( Whole shipments). So many people make this mistake even today. If you do not obtain separate insurance for CIP deliveries, and goods are lost , the shipping company will only pay a small portion of the goods value being lost at sea. A Shipping company does not know what’s in a FCL and therefore will not readily endorse values asserted against goods lost. The FCL insurance example is given , which applies the same method for NBC deliveries.
(2) A CIF deal is a CFR transaction with Insurance added. Destination port MUST first be apparent before insurance cover can be sought ( CIP/CFR/CIF). The Term ASWP must not be used.
(3) All weights are in metric and unit as well and full description must be apparent. This is a very important issue .
(4) Approx / e.g: 1 box Olive Oil 60 cm (L) X45 (W) X30 cm (H)@ 42.5 CMts= 3 Cubic ft per (0.084 square metres ) Box space.
(5) Order is for :1500 boxes of olive oil = 42.5 Cubic Metres, 500 Boxes = One 20ft FCL (13.56 Cubic Metres)
(6) One bottle of oil net weights: 1.5 lbs (680 grams). Each box each has 24 bottles thus 12000 Bottles @680 grams = 8.16 MT.
(7) Covert to gross weight after packaging is added.Lets say weight of boxes is similar to unit weight of goods@500 boxes /680 grams Per FCL (340 Kg) = Total weight @ 8.56 MT Gross
(8) Ex works Italy prices per FCL let’s say is : US$ 48,000.00 Port of Ningbo China delivery
(9) Terminal handling charges and other expenses of getting the good off the ship POD etc.. let’s say Drayage US$ 500.00. Wharf fee US$ 500.00. Terminal handling charges $500.00. Doc/forwarders /Coo etc.. US$ 500.00. Ocean carriage US$ 5000.00
(10) EXW to CFR or FCA Ningbo equals : US$ 48,000 + US$ 7,000= US$ 55,000 Per FCL
(11) Marked on invoice: Add 50 cents per bottle for ‘additional operational expenses’ (e.g: Protected payments of commission when PCT is seller)=US$ 6000.00 per FCL ( per bottles or 10% plus on total goods value)
(12) Total Price : US$ 61,000.00 Per FCL
(13)Insurance quote at EXW to CIP FCL= US$ 0.70 cents per every US$ 100 dollar value ( 70/100)@ 110% ( non disclosure of commission 115% coverage required) =US$ 61,000 X 110%=US$67100.00
(14) US$ 67,100.00 / 0070= US$469.70
(15) Total cost to Ningbo @ CIP 110% coverage (Lets say Class ‘A’ cover) = US$ 67569.70 delivery at CIP Ningbo China.
- Assume more expenses are evident than stated: Rate of cover depends on Class of coverage taken. Remember the expense of delivery even though ‘paid’ by the supplier, does not mean the supplier or PCT is paid when goods arrive at destination ( unlike DAP delivery)
- Once port of landing operations are completed and ’title’ document ( BOL) is secured, documents can be presented by the supplier or seller (PCT) for collection at such a time, as collected against DLC held when issued after contract are signed; less credits.
- Commission should be included in the itemised price of goods and declared on invoice otherwise an insurance at 115% must be secured by the PCT. If ship sinks at sea , commission is protected under insurance cover.
- This means the last entry to be collected is commission payment which should be left over ( on DLC Value) once the supplier is paid.
- The supplier has quoted all relevant matters and books ship upon RWA being assured to receive the pre paid BOL status which the PCT needs to enact collection process via its advising bank
- A credit is therefore in place for some aspects of delivery, the main one being freight. The supplier is paid via debits against enabler account, and leaves the value of freight in the account as a credit ( and other credits) to favour the end buyers account.
- The supplier booked the freight but its the end buyer who pays for freight ‘when ship owner earned such freight” (earned when goods are physically delivered POL)
- A PCT cannot apply any other aspect safely and must follow ICC Incoterms 2020 and latest UCPO/URC DLC rules which dictate proceedings as described above.
- A total value without itemising each expense will cause the importer to cop a much larger import duty.Every expense must be itemised on the suppliers/ sellers invoice.
- Insurance company will need destination, and all weights for FCL or NBC coverage before they will release actual insurance coverage rates. A PCT is obligated to assist an end buyer on this matter.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE OFFER
OFFER: WHEN UNSURE?
5 Jan 2023
USCT STUDY:
If the PCT is unsure about an advanced or variable trading application, he or she should strictly adhere to the well tested procedures expressed in the FTNX doctrine and commence the deal by using the ‘quotation’ aspect. The offer carries a legally binding aspect once signed and it’s a very important aspect under international law. An offer (to procure) made to the supplier, or an offer (to sell) made by a PCT, and conveyed to the end buyer are both legally binding aspects once signed. The parties signing such offers ‘ have the intentions’ to buy or sell such goods described therein. This is why it’s very important to stipulate ‘on the body of the offer’ any stipulations that will need to be considered on the subsequent contract. Example: ‘ This offer is subject to a signed contract,’ now serves notice to the reader that “this offer” becomes legally binding, upon parties scribed therein return the ‘lawful’ corresponding contract as signed isn an acceptable aspect for a straight forward deal, which could collapses sooner rather than later. This inclusion on the the offer, means that the offer ‘has been accepted ‘ prior, because ‘there is no contract without an offer being accepted first.” is a premier trade rule. But ! This does not mean that the offer is not legally binding if the deal falls through. To omit such matters on the offer, means that the supplier may not agree to such stipulations, once disclosed after the contract has been issued. The supplier in such an event, has a ‘door open’ to not issue the contract , without consequences. If a supplier had ’lost money’ because ‘after accepting the offer’ the supplier went ahead to initiate procedures, in getting the goods on offer, to the agreed port, then the supplier has right to claim such financial losses, against the person on entity causing such losses to be ‘unintentionally incurred.’The offer still bears a ‘legally binding status.’ No matter what stipulation are placed on the offer, the offer ‘itself’ is ‘legally binding’ to parties involved. The whole idea of the offer is to state clearly , what is being offered, and all conditions of doing business. “This offer is legally binding upon parties herein, once signed and accepted by the end buyer named herein.” “This offer is subject to a signed contract.” This means that the offer is not valid without a contract, but becomes valid and legally binding once contract is signed . It could be successfully argued however that the ‘act’ of issuing a contract ’ has already created the intention of the supplier to ‘supply’ or ‘end buyer to buy.’ Therefore the following aspect would be of greater benefit to the PCT if a long drawn out transaction is envisaged. “ This offer is legally binding once accepted, subject to the completion of a corresponding contract .The supplier must not initiate any procedures for the physical supply of goods offered, until contract are formally signed.” In effect, whether such aspects are placed on the contract is irrelevant, as it has already been disclosed; e.g: that the supplier may not proceed with aspect of delivery until the contract is signed is a condition disclosed on the offer. The supplier signing such an offer, must now initiate the issuance of the contract, In doing so, the supplier has agreed to the basis. If the supplier fails to initiate the contract; or initiates the contract indifferent to aspects of the accepted offer; the supplier is legally bound to perform “as the offer was accepted’ defines the legal ramification of signing an offer; more so if the PCT is claiming and is able to prove a loss of profit In countries where domestically an offer can be accepted and later rescinded, such aspects are for local use, and cannot be applied on international transactions. e.g: An ICPO used in local business (USA) does not have the same legal aspect as an offer.Local practices must not be used Internationally. A PCT issues an offer or considers offer; if the offer is signed and accepted, by parties involved, then a legally binding period has come onto effect. A PCT must not sign an offer for unsecured goods now serves added insight that the goods be sold by the PCT must be secured prior to the issuance of any offer. In effect the offer may even, in the right circumstances, be of greater importance than the contact. Like wise a contract once signed, must not be revoked by the PCT. If an end buyer decides not to buy the goods offered, after contracts are signed, the liability of the end buyer remains in effect, this effect is cancelled if the PCT cancels the contract. To cancel a contract; compensation is first served.

CONTER-TRADE IS BOOMING
COUNTERTRADE
10 Jan 2023
After the pandemic and because of the Russian war, the business of countertrade is booming as intermediaries attempt to circumvent Russian banking sanctions. Russia has sold so much crude oil D2 and Naphtha, at discount , that revenue has greatly increased.A trader is one country / continent i.e Sth Africa buys Russian fuel at the same time it is buying ie. Seafood from another country develops into a ‘Oil for food’ counter trade. The PCT has a price of crude oil, and converts such to reflect an offer for another needed product. The buyer receiving the food, pays an agree upon consultancy fee to the PCT for arranging and supervising the closing of a counter deal.Such deal are complex and take time to closed all disclosures are up front. MOU other than contract are deployed.

ELECTRIC CAR REVOLUTION IS OVER?
ELECTRIC CAR REVOLUTION IS OVER
10 Jan 2023
Copper is very expensive, as are EV batteries, as they are nasty to recycle and produce, so much so that it might lead to U.K/ European car makers to continue producing hybrids and 100% emission free, fossil powered cars as they commence pulling the plug on EVs. EVs are easy to make compared to complex petrol engine cars, but they cost a lot more to buy because they use a lot of expensive metals ( and dirty energy) to produce. It seems that even cheap electric cars are too expensive for the majority of customers. If this aspect gains traction, then we’ll see a return to coal powered 100% clean generation of electricity within the decade. As stated by FTNX a decade ago “there is nothing pound per pound, that can match the power produced by one pound of crude oil’ and further provide the many by-products derived from such. As if converting to electric cars was going to ’save the planet’ when compared to emission created by ships, trucks and planes and trains. It seems people are starting to wake up to the idea than man made climate change is nonsense and that ‘we are not going to be made extinct anytime soon’, not because of man made pollution. If we humans are going to suffocate in our own squalor , it is going to happen due to the increase, naturally– via Volcanic activities; which seems (logical to me) also made Dinosaurs extinct. As for future expense of replacing batteries and spare parts, prices will go through the roof - bad luck for the millions who have already purchased such ’toy’ cars, that have been around for decades in show rooms even here in Melbourne (Prius). It is incredible to think that humans worldwide has been ‘tossed around like a green salad ‘ only to find that the shambles we needed to bear was brought on by Europe; the same group of nations that gave us planned obsolescence is now reconsidering its position on climate change , Ev’s or both. What a predicable mess, that could have been avoided if short sighted Politician took up employment in another profession; best suited for morons. Bye bye Tesla,( and hopefully Putin ) hello Toyota cars. In the meantime for as long as I can remember, there is a shortage of are you ready for this– Potatoes, in Melbourne City.

RESELLING RUSSIAN FUELS
RUSSIAN FUEL SANCTIONS
20 Jan 2023
FTNX has been receiving a lot of offers for cheap refined fuels from Russia which we cannot consider due to sanctions. What has been happening as a method of by-passing such sanctions; Russian crude and refined products are being sold to a country not bearing sanctions with Russia e.g: China, who in turn add , blend or change the product to obtain a new origin in where the end product is sold on to another country also not bearing sanction wit the western banking system e.g; Latvia, system, allowing Russian fuel being used by countries who have import sanction with Russia. PCT’s are advised to seek refined fuels accordingly. If there origin is NOT Russia , then such goods can be safely traded by the PCT.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
ARTIFICAL INTELLIGENCE (A.I)
30 Jan 2023
The latest fad to hit Australia is AI .The media here has been pushing the subject matter intently- because the media in general are big players is creating BS from nothing. AI is an oxymoron , because AI is unable to create things on its own and needs input from a human source to make it generate a subject matter. Trading in commodities has many pseudo AI application in place which the PCT ought not to concern themselves about. Any web browser can source any information offered under the guises of AI . The difference between the current AI application and ‘ conducting your own research ‘ is that, the need to do the searching is now eliminated. This means that the information sought under AI could be incorrect, shallow, basic or even dangerous (Space Odyssey re: HAL the computer ) in design. PCT must not apply a SIRI type of AI technology when it comes to trading in commodities. If a machine is able to generate answers to questions sought, then the ability to personally learn about the nature of all things is curtailed.

BALLOON WARS?
BALLOON WAR
5 Feb 2023
Force Majeure? The government of a country harbouring bad intentions toward another, could fill a balloon with a nerve agent or pathogen and allow it to drift, following specific wind currents; knowingly– that when the balloon is over the targeted country, its air force will shoot it down; inadvertently causing a loss of life on a grand scale—without the protagonist ever firing one single shot. Is this the future of warfare being tested by China? The term “Force Majeure” is used extensively in the business of commodity trading as the term is used internationally to convey a proper uniform understanding in defining what constitutes an “unforeseeable event.“ China is claiming a ”Force Majeure” event when its “spy ballon” was caught transversing over America. In essence however, no matter what argument is used, the “Spy Ballon” saga cannot even remotely be defined as an unforeseeable event. In fact, the very idea of allowing an uncontrollable device such as a ballon loaded with electronics, to drift in the wind, will only deliver ‘foreseeable events’ that Chinese scientists would be fully aware about; to say otherwise means we are dealing with a stupid race of people (now that’s what I call a force majeure event). China got caught trying to ‘test’ a new idea with a ‘harmless’ balloon. I suggest next time, perhaps it would be prudent for the US military to use a missile loaded with a incendiary device. The USA should also forcefully demand, in the form of a veiled threat that China is to launch only devices into the sky that are able to be controlled, and to ensure that such an event does not happen again or there will be consequences. This will ensure that no more excuses can be made when the next ‘unforeseeable’ event is attempted by a country bearing bad intentions against another.

SHIPPING RATE DROP
SHIPPING RATE DROPS
10 Feb 2023
Large number of new ships are entering the market place at a time when freight rates are falling as prices for freight return to pre Covid days. Trade business is also dramatically increasing as buyers are now increasing in the market place looking to buy. USCT member are advised to ONLY apply matters of doctrine in the strictest sense, as the market place is also full of scam artists , like no other time in history. Conducting due diligence fully and intently as per Doctrine is now a major aspect of business. DLC usage/issuance rules MUST strictly apply.

CHINA NOT TO BLAME
CHINA AND TRADE
17 FEB 2023
Who said they were "Chinese Spy Balloons “ ? The media . The media cannot be trusted and journalist like making up their own stories without supporting facts. I have always stated that the media must bear consequences when the stories they produce are not factual. The problem is compounded further because “we don’t trust the Chinese Government anyway.” Why? We like it when they spend billions in investments, in countries like USA and Australia. We like to use China to exploit their workers so consumers can benefit from cheaper imports. It seems that the media has a lot to answer; but rarely do. Let’s see what China does about Taiwan on the 24 Feb 2023. It seems that the Taiwan issue will raise its head again, and I’m afraid that next time - its going to get serious. If the Taiwan issues is able to be settled, it could be China not USA to lead the world economy out of the quagmire it finds itself in. What other thorn remains? Russia. It seems Russian wants to return to the stone age - which is truly a shame as Russia had a lot to offer; alas its likeable good natured people ( like China ) has to bear the decisions made by their leaders. As for Australia; we are too busy shamefully concentrating on world gay pride day; this is the leading story when we awake in the morning to view daily news reports (even though Aids is killing over 13,000 people around the world every day- much more than Covid 19 could ever do), while our banks and make a fortune from mortgage holders struggling to keep afloat in the face of forever rising interest rates. PCT’s doing business with China are reminded that the terms of business MUST be based on the terms of the PCT and that all imports must be paid by a confirmed DLC .If the DLC is advised from a Chinese bank in China; it must be confirmed DLC even if a corresponding bank located outside China is used. The transfer fee is paid by the Chinese bank to its corresponding bank and all documents are presented to the corresponding bank located in e.g: Canada.

WAR LOOMING?
WAR OVER THE HORIZON?
21 Feb 2023
North Korea is testing nuclear weapons with its pop fart missile tests once more.Nth Korea wants to feel relevant, when in fact they are irrelevant to world affairs, just like a single flea on a dogs back is irrelevant, when the dog is wearing a flea collar. China might supply Russia with Weapons.etc.etc. The media is whipping up stories of doom with impunity, based on what evidence? None! Let China supply Russia with cheap inferior weapons of mass self destruction; let Nth Korea test all the nuclear weapons they like until they blow themselves up. The one fact is this, China’s population exceeds 1.4 billion people; a single nuclear bomb detonating in any main city in China (or Russia) will do more damage and kill more people than a 100 bombs going off in North America. The one single bomb theory is a powerful deterrent. China has the most to lose, if conflict with the USA eventuates. If conflict is going to occur with China it will happen when China’s next move to take Taiwan eventuates. As for Russia , FTNX is still receiving emails directly from Russia this very morning offering incredible prices of refined fuels and crude oil e.g: D2 EN grade at US$ 300 per MT, Mazut US$ 280 per MT, even Crude oil at US$40 dollars per BBL.etc.etc and they will even readily accept a DLC as payment. It seems that Russia is desperate to sell an over abundance of stock, that their ‘friend and partner for life ‘ China don’t seem eager to buy , seems to further indicate that the media is making up stories at will. It also seems that the USA is “stirring the pot “ a bit more than necessary.Chinese people are not naturally aggressive people, neither are the people of Russia. American people on the other hand are aggressive by nature as competition to succeed and survive in USA is fiercely contested. The USA must now put out its hand of friendship to China with real intent, and show that they are prepared to set aside aggression in favour of reconciliation; this is not a sign of weakness but a sign of supreme strength, an act of reconciliation that could only be accepted by another nation bearing supreme strength. I feel that a genuine rapport on this one platform will result is instance success. If the hand of friendship is rejected , then this is the marker that would rightfully allow the USA with all its might , to stand on the right side of history; to which - if North Korea or China needs to be served a lesson , it will be served by those standing ‘on the right side of history.’ As for Russia ? Ukraine is more than capable of endings Putin’s murderous run so long as they are provided by the necessary means to ‘keep on fighting’ for us all. As for Putin, how about a bounty. Anyone who captures and delivers Putin, so as to face war crimes will be paid 50 million dollars and have instant asylum rights instigated. A legal kidnap ransom in the form of a bounty should be offered , because when you “ cut the head off a king, so does its kingdom fall.’ Russia has fallen on its knees. PCT’s in all leading democratic countries must not consider trading on Russian fuel exports; leading banks will not touch any payments to do with Russian exports.

AUSTRALIA BUYS SUBS
AUSTRALIA BUYS SUBS
10 Mar 2023
Australia will buy America and U.K made nuclear submarines (Not subs with Nuclear weapons) at a cost exceeding a half a trillion dollars ( after supporting infrastructure is accounted for). The submarines are set for delivery late 2030 ( We always add five more years to any claims made by an Australian politician). The Russian and Ukrainians are slaughtering each other while Nato holds the torch; at the same time China is preparing to take Taiwan; meaning - that China will be ready to take on anyone who gets in their way in doing so; and rightly so. Australians will be paying taxes through their noses- forever ; for? A useless deterrent that we’ll probably never see in action, as the cost of exports and imports rise, so will the cost of living - for everyone worldwide. What happens if nobody is prepared to push the biological or nuclear button- ever? This scenario remains a most probable aspect. This allows the auspices of a conventional world war to become a reality - again. Australian needs localised fighter planes, missiles and tanks to protect it massive unforgiving land mass, a mass which cannot easily be conquered. It needs to allow an aggressor to bear the hugely problematic matters of logistics, all the way to our shoreline.Any aggressor , not just China - who has not threatened any country. We must become a formidable fortress- a castle of self preservation. We must not even contemplate taking on an aggressor in any other manner. As it stands, Australians are not even allow to own a potato gun. We are exposed in a way that any aggressor could take Australia now , or in the future regardless if we have submarines or not, submarines that could be easily and inexpensively become disabled with the advent of future technology. 3 subs that needs to cover 400,000 Square kilometres of cost line each. To add insult to injury; climate change irony. Australia is removing all coal powered generators within the next few years; while it sells coal iron ore and other commodities to China, who are adding ten more coal powered generators to their list. China has a population of 1.4 billion people; it needs to develop its infrastructure; developing such does not mean it is making ready to threaten USA, Japan , U.K or Australia. Dumb journalists and media creating dumb stories every day is the problem. We need to make Australia a fortress and that's it. Anyone taking us on will need to land here first. It's that simple. Being prudent has nothing to do with spending a half a trillion dollar on a useless deterrent. My thoughts about China are now changing; as are my thought about the intentions of the USA (rhetorically speaking). The U.K and USA must be rubbing their hands with glee about getting their hands on Australian money for creating a platform of false threats and illusions. Australians have serious local issues to contend with and what does our Prime Minister do - takes a long holiday on some grade delusion that he is acting for the greater good, that makes no sense. The madness infecting this world just keeps on going worse.

DLC AND CHINA
DLC WITH CHINA
IMPORTANT UPDATES USCT MEMBER
10 March 2023
There is a lot of chest puffing and huffing going on between the USA and China, and even China and Australia, most of which I have long suspected (is BS) are the doings of journalists, who have nothing better to do than ‘to stir the pot’ in creating an otherwise unremarkable story from fresh air. In essence, there are too many journalists and not enough news worthy events. As we head towards brighter lights, it has come to our attention via various private sources within China, that a huge amount of trade between China and USA and indeed Australia is currently apparent; its been like that for years and now trade is increasing. This does not ‘sound right’ if you look at what the media and politicians are saying about USA/China/Australian relationship. The rhetoric does not match the facts; which is; trade between said ‘belligerent’ countries is booming. A recent transaction closed by FTNX in 2023 shows no issues are apparent when dealing with China. As from today, most ‘ad hoc’ type media reports are no longer regarded as reliable by FTNX. All USCT members must also presume the same. All USCT members must always ascertain news/trade reports especially those to do with commodities as being incorrectly described, until confirmed by another independent party. Furthermore, commodity prices posted by various sites and /or reported on ‘the news’ must now be treated as not reliable as well in where such prices are being manipulated to deliver a favourable aspect to investors. There are those who specialise in making money from shares when an adverse markets place is promoted online by so called industry ‘experts.’ USCT members may seek any price they like REGARDLESS what commodity indices indicate. USCT members may also return with doing business with China as per normal aspects, defined in the FTNX Doctrine of Trade; and that – a DLC issued from a major Chinese bank no longer needs to be advised as confirmed. Usual trading aspect to apply; all prices especially those offered under a large revolving contract value ( billions) as per usual 60 up to 90 day first delivery date; as taken from the perspective of the supplier ( when the suppliers offer is accepted.) Freight rates have also come down. USCT members must negotiate the best price on merit based on the ideal “ the larger the order, the better the buy price sought.” FTNX has experimented on the side, with many other trading aspects/price basis from 2015 and has confirmed that the original aspect and matters of doctrine is the only viable and standing trading aspect. Fixed price contracts are the highly prized business aspect, in where secondary variable pricing basis is treated as an optional aspect. FTNX has semi retired from trading to concentrate on its investment project, but will once more ( for 2023) reactivate the FTNX Exchange as business has increased, after matters of Covid 19 has finally subsided and matters of the idiotically inspired Russian war with Ukraine has revealed its true aspect, which is , if it were not for nuclear weapons held, Russia would be deemed as having a third world army. The FTNX Index is to serve added insight and guidance to current USCT members world wide from late March 2023. As for Russian goods; Western banks will not touch such deals (financial side) due to sanctions-but they have no issues with China via a DLC.

KEATING VERSUS USA 4 STAR GENERAL
KEATING VERSUS USA 4 STAR GENERAL
17 March 2023
Retired USA 4 star general Jack Keane ( Today on yahoo News) laughs at Paul Keating’s claim that Virginia Class nuclear submarines are discoverable from space. So is the general stating that Nuclear powered subs CANNOT be detected from space? He didn't seem to deny as much in his carefully scribed claim. This is the kind of nit picking that in now taking place. He went on to say that Russia and China cannot detect nuclear ARMED USA submarines operating 24/7. I am also laughing - but it’s at the general making such poorly observed claims. First of all, China and Russian nuclear ARMED submarines cannot be detected either may also be assumed. I mean, there could be one hiding in the depth of the Hudson river; would compliment the generals argument; unless off course the general thinks this is not possible because the Hudson River is too SHALLOW. So what Keating stated is true; there are waters that are too shallow for a Nuclear armed or powered submarine to hide in. Which is it ? Furthermore, a Nuclear armed sub plays a very different role to a conventionally armed NUCLEAR powered sub. A Nuclear armed Sub needs to hide and remains hidden only to make itself noticed in the event of a nuclear strike occurring on land. A vault full of nuclear bomb hiding in some trench cannot be readily detectable in space. But ! The Nuclear sub lode with nuclear weapons will need to raise itself to firing depth and fire its payload. This is the time when a nuclear armed sub is indeed “noticeable” by satellites in space- albeit at a time when it’s too late to do anything about it. A Virginia class nuclear powered submarine loaded with conventional missiles such as a Tomahawks, cannot sit at the bottom of some dark ocean trench when a land based conventional war is taking place. It must rove, it must hunt and it must chase and attack the enemy on approaching a formidable ‘island’ land mass such as Australia ; this will cause such a sub to become detectable and exposed either via localises radar or indeed drones or even satellites. This kind of sub is most vulnerable when firing its payload including torpedoes. I don’t know what the general has been smoking lately; but logic alone even without any evidence readily suggests that if the USA ( as they have often claimed) can via space detect when silo doors open on land based Russian nuclear missile launch; then I have not doubt that the same technique could indeed spot Virginia class submarines loaded with conventional weapons entering a conventional fight. A Virginia class nuclear power sub, without nuclear weapons sitting in stealth at the bottom of some trench is as useless as ‘tits on a bull’ now comes back on making opinions served by Paul Keating reasonably sound. Add to this, nuclear subs do leak; as happened over 8 times with USA nuclear subs and at least twice with British Subs over the last 30 years; such events would also allow leaking radiation to be detected in space. Even if all of the above are incorrectly asserted; how about this general; the Chinese are laughing at the ideal that such subs will not be operational for many years- I’m sure they are not ‘quaking in their boots’ at such a purchase; when another USA general made a claim online last month that war is looming with China within three years. Australia needs land based missiles, armed drones, many tanks and combat helicopters. We need to become a fortress with the over the horizon added support of NZ and Tasmania. We don’t need secondhand high maintenance submarines ; we cannot take on China or any the aggressor in open waters. I like Sub commanders , they have no time for BS. Is General Keane a sub commander? Sorry general you don’t know the tactical difference of using such subs. He who laughs first laughs last..
